I have owned 3 of these Panasonic microwave ovens. Very powerful, and very easy and intuitive to use. However, short learning curve to use the knob with all of its features unlike other ovens that only use keypads.

This microwave is very nice and spacious. I bought it for my daughter. Hers quit working within a week prior to her surgery. It arrived on the day of surgery. ( one day early).Unfortunately it went to the wrong house. I called Best Buy when we came home from the hospital. At that time i thought someone had stolen it. The people at Best Buy were very nice about it and got right on getting another one sent out. She received it 2 days later. 2 days after that someone came down with the first one. Said it was delivered to their house. So i returned it to Best Buy. I just really appreciated the way they took action right away. The microwave is wonderful and Best Buy customer service is excellent.

Great Panasonic quality. Easy to use. Large interior. Nice looking stainless steel.

Microwave has good capacity and seems to be powerful and cook well. The main disappointment is that it is noisy and the door latch makes a loud Noise when you close the door. One nice feature compared to older Panasonics Is that now the display reads “enjoy your meal” until you open the door after cooking, so you are less likely to forget that you had something cooking!

Great size microwave at 2.2 cu. ft. Cooks faster and more evenly than my old GE microwave and the knob for setting cooking time is a game changer. Would recomend this product.

LOVE this Panasonic Microwave! It’s powerful and very easy to use. I love the knob and would not go back to the push buttons. We had the older model and it lasted about 18 years!

I searched for a long time for a reasonably priced microwave to replace my expensive Thermadore one that died after 3 years. Love the sensor reheat. Food has come out hot each time with no fuss. This microwave is roomy and easy to use. As it turns out, my good friends have the same microwave and they have been happy with theirs for the past year.

This microwave is very spacious so large casserole dishes fit. It has many options for program cooking, and is easy to operate.

Works great. Heats food very fast. Huge oven. Fits just about any size dish, plate or pan. Simple to operate.

Good family size microwave and easy to use. Only issue is fingerprints appear easily on the mircrowave.

I purchased this microwave almost 5 years ago and recently purchased a second one for my parents. It is easy to use and large enough to cook or reheat meals. The inventor heats evenly through so you don’t get the donut heat. It is larger then most so account for the depth and width length. My friend has the same one for almost 20 years. Great buy worth the little extra.

I was very impressed immediately by the high power of this oven. It was able to cook/reheat things much faster that my previous oven. Its sensors are pretty good at judging doneness. The large interior is able to easily hold all my microwave cooking pieces. The turntable is strong enough to turn anything I have put on it so far. Overall it is a really highly featured oven for pretty low price. And it was in stock so I could take it home and use right away.

Very easy to use and quite powerful. Has a large surface area to cook a lot of food.

More power than our previous over the stove unit. Dials are easy to use and plenty of room. No issues so far.

Instruction manual is simple to read and is an invaluable tool for the operation of the Panasonic microwave. Physically attractive. Mechanically… superbly constructed. Makes meal proficiently, hot, expediently and importantly… on your schedule. Thereby having greater practical information and a wider range of usable microwave options than the purchase cost.

Easy to use, powerful, very attractive. Large size makes it easy to keep clean.

Love the size of the oven. Most microwaves come in at 1.9 cu ft. .3 cubic feet makes a big difference. Efficient, quiet, and works well.

Doesn't make chewy chicken or tough bread when you heat it up. Holds a 13 X 9 pan. Quiet operation, easy to use.

We purchased this one about a month ago, after our over the range microwave died right before our kitchen remodel. Since we were going with a cooktop and vent hood, we decided on the large countertop microwave, which we plan to put in a microwave cabinet. This is a large, deep microwave. The power is great, the capacity is amazing, and so far it has worked like a charm. I am still figuring out all its features, but so far, I am very pleased.

Over all this model works well and is good looking, but now that I have it, I've found that I wish it had a number pad to set the time rather that the dial a number feature this one has. Beyond a one minute time setting, it offers only ten (10) seconds increments. So if I've found that one minute forty five seconds (1.45sec.) for cooking eggs gives me the result I want on my other microwave, this microwave slightly under/over cooks them at 1.40sec./1.50sec. It's also more difficult to set the time as it's easy to over shoots the time you want and have to dial back and forth to zero in on it.
