We bought this to replace our 3rd Kitchenaid microwave in 18 months. This one is working great. We purchased the trim kit and it Looks good with the trim kit as well.

So far so GoodI trust Panasonic with their Microwave. I bought one about 15 years ago and it still works. I donated it because I needed this one for my new kitchen.

This is the same microwave that served us well for 14 years. We hope this one lasts as long. Really an excellent unit

Like other LG products this microwave plays a tune rather than beeps when it's finished. The tune is certainly less annoying than a beep and I have caught my wife dancing to it.

Great Microwave, only complaint might be, cooks to fast, Have to lower time settings on most food.....Will cook popcorn in about 1/2 the time it says on bag.

This is a great microwave oven. It cooks quickly and is big enough to fit anything I want to put in it.

I love this microwave it works just like the one I had for over 10 years, same manufacturer and almost same look. Has updated features on face will a nicely lit blue clock.

Love this microwave. I had the older version for many years which finally broke and just replaced it with this new one. No complaints whatsoever.

(Panasonic 2.2) Works good. I can use lower heat level than I needed for the older Amana we had. The only con is the inside light is very dim, so if you need to monitor how it is cooking, that is not so good.

Cooks faster than older units. Need to adjust less time than what you may be used too. Auto cooking works well, so no need to set time for most items

It does what it is supposed to do. My only complaint is setting the time for how long to heat your food. Due to the lack of a key pad (which makes this microwave cheaper), you use the dial to set how long to heat/cook your food.

This is the newer version of the microwave that died on us. It works great. The stainless steel finger prints and it takes a while to get used to the dial for setting the time rather than pushing buttons.

Excellent with good basic controls an functionality

Over all its a great microwave. If there was one thing that I didn't like, it would be that the door button needs more sensitivity. I have to push it all the way in to open door.

This is everything they said it would be; no problems with any part or feature. The question remains how long it will work. That appears to be the "weak link" by reviews.

Microwave is a great size. Many features. Microwaves everything perfectly every time!

We've had this microwave for about a month and it's been good so far. We have not yet used a lot of its functions but will over time. The unit is sleek looking and has ample room inside. It also only beeps at the end of a cycle but does re-beep afterwards like it's annoying predecessor.

I loved how amazingly the food was cooked. Loved how this looked. I needed a over the stove unit, so had to return but would've LOVED to have this as that unit.

This was purchased because our clubhouse needed a microwave that coul hold at least 13 inch pans, which it does. We would need to use it a few more months to really get a few for thigs we like.

My new Panasonic microwave does the basic jobs, but in some respects it's disappointing. One, the figures on the blue-on-black timer lighting are hard to make out: I have to get close and squint to read them. (My previous GE microwave's green-on-white lighting enabled very easy reading). Two, the Panasonic beeps five times when the heating is done, but not at all afterwards should you not be near enough to hear: There's no reminder later. Ditto when using the timer as a reminder: It beeps when the time is up, but not afterwards should you not be near enough to hear. (My previous GE, conveniently, would beep once a minute until the door is opened or the timer manually is turned off). Oh, and the trim kit, sold separately for those desiring built-in use, is VERY expensive.
