The microwave seems great so far. I did read reviews before I made the purchase. Beware. There are reports that the button to open up the microwave seems to break within a year. I did buy the extended warranty for this reason.

Our microwave died and after careful research & price checking we decided to go see Barry at the Best Buy in Winter Garden. Excellent service & price for the product. Barry rocks!

This is my second Panasonic microwave. The first one was reliable and provided excellent service for five years. Hope to get the same product quality from the second one.

Bought to replace a smaller microwave...works very well so far. Heats evenly and very fast. I bought the extended warranty based on other reviews I read just to be safe.

We've had this microwave for about a month and it's been good so far. We have not yet used a lot of its functions but will over time. The unit is sleek looking and has ample room inside. It also only beeps at the end of a cycle but does re-beep afterwards like it's annoying predecessor.

We just replaced our old Panasonic with the updated model. The sensor cook and reheat function works well as does defrost. Highly recommended.

Inverter function and sensor makes cooking easy and fast. Power level is great and food cooks evenly, unlike old microwave which always had one edge or spot hard as a rock.

I love the inverter system, it cuts the defrosting time in half of what it used to. I'm am very happy with it!

Excellent with good basic controls an functionality

This is the only microwave I would ever buy.it has so many features that make cooking and especially reheating easier. A kitchen must have!

This is a very good microwave I have used so far, especially for the price I paid. It has many functions I would probably never use but the quality seems to be very solid.

My new Panasonic microwave does the basic jobs, but in some respects it's disappointing. One, the figures on the blue-on-black timer lighting are hard to make out: I have to get close and squint to read them. (My previous GE microwave's green-on-white lighting enabled very easy reading). Two, the Panasonic beeps five times when the heating is done, but not at all afterwards should you not be near enough to hear: There's no reminder later. Ditto when using the timer as a reminder: It beeps when the time is up, but not afterwards should you not be near enough to hear. (My previous GE, conveniently, would beep once a minute until the door is opened or the timer manually is turned off). Oh, and the trim kit, sold separately for those desiring built-in use, is VERY expensive.

Cannot give a meaningful review yet, as I have not used it much. I can say that it is attractive and matches my other appliances well.

I hope it last forever. Best microwave oven so far. I love the dial knob for setting the timer, very convenient for me.

We were looking to replace a 13 year old GE Profile microwave which is built into the cabinet. This Panny has large capacity 2.2 cu and features we like. It has worked out great.

Simple and easy to use. The sensor cook feature and the turn knob for time are this microwaves best attributes. I had another microwave similar to this one which died after about 4 years (not acceptable, whereas my old GE (made in Kansas) one lasted 30!). The only reason why I bought this microwave again is because of a trim kit that was installed for my old microwave, so this one slid right into place.

Had it only a few months and board went out on it. Did not get the extended warranty, but was fortunate enough that the manufacturer warranty was still good. Unfortunately, Panasonic relies on local repair shops, so you will be out a microwave for sometime if you do need it repaired. For the price, I expected something more durable. BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY just in case.....

This is the best microwave! It heats evenly, the defrost is great and I've recently started using reheat which is awesome. It takes the guess work out of reheating leftovers.

controls pretty much the same as previous Panasonic with some new features. Has worked great for the three months I have had it.

This is the second microwave of this type we have purchased. The first one lasted 11 years. We are quite happy with it.
