    I had this exact model, from 2008, and it had died. I liked it so much that I wanted to replace it with the same model. It's just an amazing microwave and extremely easy to use and works very well.

    I was used to my older Panasonic with many more buttons. The dial will take getting used to..but it is a nice feature adding to less clutter.

    the dial is very easy way to set the time to cook , if you do not have a large counter space available then i would not recommend this product

    We have really enjoyed this microwave. It replaced a much smaller, less powerful one. The only complaint that I have is that it burns microwave popcorn EVERY time.
