Haven't really put it to the test yet but seems good. Looks good. Only reason not a 5 was because I couldn't use the trim kit for my application because it is really oversized.

Very happy with my new Microwave. After using my sailboat microwave for over a year...this is a real treat. Watch out because it cooks fast and evenly!

I really trust the Panasonic brand. My previous Microwave with the same brand works like more than 10 years.

Upgraded to this unit after having "enough" with another under powered Magic Chef, which replaced a Panasonic. I'm happy I'm back w/Panasonic.

This is our 2nd one of the same model. First lasted about 12 years of heavy use. Some improvements over time but basically same microwave.

Previous unit lasted 10 years. This functions even better. Items cooked taste fresh and properly prepaired.

Purchased replacement microwave as ours went out. Have had for several months now and it works fine. Hopefully it will last like our last - 10 years.

I had this exact model, from 2008, and it had died. I liked it so much that I wanted to replace it with the same model. It's just an amazing microwave and extremely easy to use and works very well.

It is fine except for the fact that it only allows time to be set in 10 second increments.

Great price, bought it to replace an old microwave same brand. Love the look and it heats food evenly.

Excellent quality microwave. Very, large interior foe almost and dish.

This is a great product. The food has a good texture. There are many new features on this microwave I have not used yet. I am very happy with this product.

Much better product than LG microwaves. My last 2 LG microwaves failed within a few weeks of normal use.

While this has been an solid performing unit and it looks very nice, my only negative comment is about the knob. I thought it was a cute idea, but I miss the key pad.

It's not automatically obvious when to push power first, or time first, and there seem to be some lower limits that don't make it easy to avoid overcooking in a few cases

This microwave replaced the exact same model that had finally given out. Nice that we did not need to learn how to work the new model.

I can't seem to get the "sensor cook" right. Maybe it's user error, but it won't stop when it's hot. Maybe it's just me and my opinion on what is "hot enough"

I didn't realize that a trim piece would be required in my installation. Never mentioned by the sales rep. Maybe they didn't know either.

Great microwave. The only downfall is that you have to reduce cook time as it is to powerful and if not careful you can burn food

This microwave is so quiet, cooks much faster than the old one. I really like the beep when your food/drink is ready.
