From other microwave I've seen this one has it all great size , heats perfectly and the design is sleek modern.

We needed to replace a microwave that had been slowly disintegrating and finally gave it up. Like most electronics, there were a few bad reviews but a lot of good ones for the Panasonic, so we went with this model. We were a bit concerned by the lack of numeric keypad, but the big silver knob, along with a few buttons, is actually a much simpler way of setting cooking mode and time, as well as clock, timer, programmed cooking, etc. The unit does well cooking oatmeal (preset #1), although I usually add 30-45 seconds to get it the way I want. The defrost function is simple to operate and does not overly heat the food so as to cook the edges (a criticism of the old microwave). Popcorn cooks without burning or excess bones. About the only downside is the chrome finish is attractive when clean, but collects fingerprints. Use a knuckle to push the "open" button and most of these will be eliminated. After using the Panasonic for a few months, we recommend it.

My previous microwave lasted for almost 40 years, so I was looking for a replacement with similar quality. It should be my last microwave if it lasts anywhere near as long. This one operates a little differently than any other I have used, but once comfortable with it, it does a great job. Very powerful and quiet, it more than fits my needs.

We've had a similar model for over 17 years. It worked extremely well without any problems. It was large enough to handle platters, easy to use and clean, and very reliable. After six weeks, this new model looks like we may get the same superb results. Best Buy did in fact offer the best buy. Salesman was very cordial and helpful, and the price beat the others.

I had this exact model microwave a couple of years ago but didn’t need since we had an over the range so we it so gave it to our son. When we moved and we were in a need of a microwave it was an easy decision on which one to get. Best Buy was one of only a couple of retailers that sell this model and they had the best price. Love it love it love it!!!

Replacement microwave for Panasonic we had for over 15 yrs. Love the Panasonics. Some nice auto Sensor cooking/defrost settings. Plenty of power. Based on our last one, longevity without problems. We did purchase the extended warranty though. Probably never get to use that, but there it is in case. I especially like the larger size and new features. Covering the food can defeat the sensor reheat, which is a great feature.

easy to use, good size, like the dial vs. keypad design, good overall design. very satisfied, no issues so far after about 6 weeks use.

I was looking for a large microwave when I came across this one on sale. I was suspicious and thought how could this be at such a low price. Well we took a chance and won. This microwave has tremendous cooking power that only have to put it on medium temperature and food comes out great. My grandkids can operate it with ease. Thanks Best Buy for having this microwave.

My vintage GE microwave (from 1985)finally died & went to microwave heaven. I needed a counter-size microwave large enough to contain a 9 x 13 dish. I did my research and decided to buy this Panasonic despite the fact that it can have serious issues with the door. So far, I'm a happy camper. The oven is easy to use and performs well. We shall see how long it lasts; of course, I don't expect to get 31 years like I did with the GE because appliances are no longer made to last.

Too early to tell, so far so good. Lots of power. The size is perfect. Easy to keep clean.

worked easily out of the box (although i had to read to see how to set clock - but that was easy, too). does all the nice things you expect of a microwave. the variety of programming options for use are helpful (had to read for those, too, though). husband loves for cooking popcorn without burning it. interior easy to clean. rotating contents on glass "lazy susan" insures even cooking. stainless exterior easy to clean. glad we got it.

Very pleased with purchase. Just be sure you have adequate cabinet space for it, it's huge, inside and out. It will hold an oblong baking dish! Bought it to replace a very small microwave, and this one has SO much more power. Cooks in half the time the old little one did. I haven't tried very many of the special features, so I can't testify to how well they work, but it does have lots of bells and whistles.

When our old Radarange (bought in 1987) finally stopped working, we looked for the best priced unit with at least 1000 watts. Our old unit was 1500 watts. The stainless steel cabinet resists dirt and food stains. The interior is roomy and the inversion heating technique heats food far more quickly than our old one did. All in all, a great replacement.

I had to return my LG microwave after it stopped heating, I decided to get away from that brand after I read other consumers had the same problems with that brand. This microwave is huge inside and it looks very fancy. People who came to my house, noticed it right away because it is a gorgeous microwave, with its knob, it resembles a stereo system dial. It looks expensive, which it sort of is. I just hope it will last, then it will be perfect.

Well just using normal microwaves that comes with houses. I didnt know there was an difference.Until I bought this and it's great . First its never turns my food into cardboard. The stay warm is nice option to have when you forget you put something in microwave. The styling is very nice to . It does pick up fingerprints easally . Then there the size this can hold a lg pizza whole. really no cons
