Broken in two places on arrival

Function of luck I suppose. My Panasonic came in broken in two places. The first thing I noticed was that the door was sprung. It didn't want to stay closed. Then, on plugging it up the board failed to light. Nothing. DOA. Just didn't make the hop well, I suppose. These things happen. Thus I can't comment on the merits of a working Panasonic Microwave. Thanks to the good folks at Best Buy, I was able to take it back within the hour and I then purchased a different brand which worked dandy out of the box.
