Good, not great, but performs well

This replacement is good, but not terrific. There is a dial to spin and select the amount of time to cook. It takes too long to settle on the right number of minutes this way. Buttons are better. Besides that, this microwave seems to be performing well.

Good while it lasted
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this until almost 1 year later when I received the H89 code. I called Panasonic and they gave me a cheat code to reset it, but not fix it. I purchased the microwave on 05/26/20. it went down on 05/05/21. The options were to take this microwave to a service center that was 32 miles away, or hand it off to someone listed as a Panasonic service center but he worked out of his home, and was on the road when i called to get the information. Instead of figuring that out, I am replacing it. I'm done with Panasonic. My previous Panasonic microwave worked for 15 years. I am disappointed.
