I called Panasonic and they gave me a cheat code to reset it, but not fix it. I purchased the microwave on 05/26/20. it went down on 05/05/21. The options were to take this microwave to a service center that was 32 miles away, or hand it off to someone listed as a Panasonic service center but he worked out of his home, and was on the road when i called to get the information. Instead of figuring that out, I am replacing it. I'm done with Panasonic. My previous Panasonic microwave worked for 15 years. I am disappointed.
