  • Died by 11 mos. & Panasonic won't honor warranty!!

    Microwave died (error code H98 / power system failure), 2 days short of 11 months! Contacted Panasonic & they told me not to send it back & that someone would contact me re: service/ repair within 24-48 hrs. as the warranty is for 1 year from purchase. It's now been over 2 weeks & no one's contacted me despite me e-mailing Product Support 5 times! They are attempting to ignore me & not honor their warranty because the repair apparently costs more than the microwave. I actually filed suit against them in NJ Small Claims Court yesterday. DO NOT BUY A PANASONIC PRODUCT AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES!!!
