    This thing is actually almost too powerful. We have to dial back the power when heating things up or burning will occur on the food. Once you figure that out, it's a great microwave. Huge!

    Bought this countertop microwave to be put into my wall as a built-in. After it was installed I noticed that the doors were not even when shut. After I used the microwave a couple times the protective film on the inside of the door was peeling off. Unfortunately I cannot take it out because it is built-in and I cannot return it without hiring a contractor to remove it. Poorly made and no quality control. Good news is it reheats my food. Only had it for one week. Time will tell.

    This Samsung microwave is noisy and "tinney" when closing the door. It has a grilling element and therefore the max wattage is about 950W. I would not recommend this to a friend. I only bought it because it was the only microwave that fit the cabinet space I have.
