    Disappointed with how the door opens. You need two hands to open the door. Pushing the button only releases it and you need to pull it open.

    This thing is actually almost too powerful. We have to dial back the power when heating things up or burning will occur on the food. Once you figure that out, it's a great microwave. Huge!

    This Samsung microwave is noisy and "tinney" when closing the door. It has a grilling element and therefore the max wattage is about 950W. I would not recommend this to a friend. I only bought it because it was the only microwave that fit the cabinet space I have.
