Also, it surges to 18 amps for 5 seconds, then drops to 14. I had to have a bigger breaker installed.

It lasted 13 years, was easy to use and did everything that we wanted it to do. It's simple to set up and to do the initial use. My wife is very happy with the Panasonic line!

Most items have overlooked in this oven. It is really large and is somewhat light in weight. A slight touch and it slides backward. It may be a good oven, but it is taking some getting accustomed to.

Tough to use w/the 27" installation kit

The trim kit seems to have originally been engineered for a 30" cabinet, and then they made one for a 27". Unfortunately, without seriously mangling the vent tunnel on the trim kit, it can't be installed. In the end, we got it all working and hopefully it will be good for the next 18 years.

Panasonic cyclonic inverter microwave

Finally fulfilled

Staff was very friendly and tried to help but were not well-trained. Very frustrating.

Great replacement for similar older model

Box damaged a bit
