Hard to read buttons

Its white on stainless steal. Very hard to see especially in poor lighting. When hitting the express cook button you also have to hit the start button.

Merchandise is defective and no good

I contacted Best Buy. I was told that they could not help since this merchandise is from a third party even though I purchased insurance for it. This has not been resolve. I have been give the runaround and I spend over $400 for this garbage. I will take legal action if my money is not refunded or the microwave is exchanged

Good powerful microwave

Sensor functions seem to overcook frozen vegetables compared to my old microwave. I wish buttons were glass capacitance, but overall, I am pleased.
