Died (Error H98) a week after warranty expired!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Cyclonic Inverter microwave did not seem any better than the old Panasonic inverter microwave (which also died with the same error code, but at least it lasted about three years... ) this one was ordered on-line May 7 2019 died last week on May 15 2020... a week after the 1 year warranty expired. Stupid me for buying Panasonic again. but I bought into the "cyclonic inverter" stuff. yet cooking was just as uneven as with the original inverter microwave. and if anything a bit slower. and it had the same famous Panasonic microwave door problem :-( I will NEVER EVER AGAIN purchase a Panasonic microwave.

For example, when using foil, skewers, racks or utensils made of metal in the oven during Microwave or Combination cooking, please allow at least 2.5 cm (1") of space between the metal material and interior oven walls. If arcing occurs, please remove the metal material (skewers, etc.) and/or transfer the food to a nonmetallic container. Also, do not use paper towels or cloths which contain a synthetic fiber woven into them, such as nylon. The synthetic fiber may cause the towel or cloth to spark and ignite.
