Purchased the Panasonic microwave to replace my old Panasonic that lasted for 15 years. Very pleased so far with the new one. The H965 has some new features that are great.

This is my second of this exact Panasonic microwave and my third Panasonic overall. I love the size -it fits my biggest casserole and rotates. You shouldn't buy anything without this inverter technology. And it fits in our built in cupboard. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the door did eventually not shut so the microwave quit working- but after about 4 years of heavy use and slamming- with teenagers.

Love the sensor aspect. Very accurate reheat & cook. Still learning functions. Excellent price with additional 20% off. Employee was very helpful & professional.

This is exactly what we needed! We just bought a house and needed a more powerful microwave. We went with this one because it fit perfectly on our counter. It does everything we need and more. A definite MUST have!!

Simple design, spacious interior, easy to clean, fairly intuitive controls. I was able to plug it in and immediately use it without configuration hurdles. I haven't exploited all the features yet, but basic microwaving and defrosting was easy to figure out without having to keep referencing the manual. I wish the "Quick Min" was 1-touch (begin microwaving without having to push start), and would allow me to add a minute while cooking is in process, but other than that no complaints. So far, so good, happy with this purchase.

Does a good job and provides friendly information. Extremely user friendly to use. Multiple programmed buttons make it even easier. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone looking for a good microwave.

Simple controls. Inverter Turbo defrost feature works SO well - follow directions, and you'll never get cooked or mushy results. Very reliable. My last one lasted at least 10 years, until I accidentally started a fire in it and didn't notice till too late. I learned it was hard to get through one day without a microwave. I was so happy to get another one just like it, at such a low price. What a Best Buy!

I am a Home Economist and have used microwaves since they were invented! This is the first one that allows me to do everything it promised. The defrost works so well on meats, and they are actually thawed, not partially cooked. The sensor cooking works beautifully on everything I have tried. Other reviews mentioned the open door button being stiff, but mine has worked easily right out of the box. I love the size of this microwave as it allows a large rectangular dish to turn freely as it cooks. Love, Love, Love it!!!

Our old one was very old. This one works great. It's powerful and heats food thoroughly. My husband was not crazy about how the outside door looks blue but he's gotten used to it and we are enjoying the microwave.

had a Panasonic and loved it so we replaced it with the same model. really like the high power for fast reheating of leftovers and my Starbucks coffees! easy to use and clean, powerful (fast), and reliable!

I got this microwave to replace another Panasonic model. So far, so good. It cooks and defrosts food evenly. It's large enough to fit a large casserole which is convenient when cooking for the family.

this was a replacement for a smaller microwave that had peeling paint, love the buttons and how fast it cooks literally half the time of the other one

Excellent microwave. Powerful. Works well. Easy to install. I like the beeping noise to let me know my food is finished cooking. It has a huge amount of space inside to fit all of my large dishes.

Product preforms as described. take no time to heat up what ever I put into it doesn't seam to cook the food when I defrost frozen food in it either which is nice

Good microwave, just very strong. You cook at less time and strength, or you will over cook and get burnt!! This is my second one , we use it every day!!! Perfect size for larger family. I would buy it again .

On my last microwave I could cook and use timer at the same time. No big deal that this one does not. Other than that, the size was my only requirement because it had to fit into a precut cabinet space.

This is the largest microwave the store had sitting on the shelf. It's the same size as the 35 year old Panasonic it replaced, but it's much more powerful. Hope it lasts as long as the last one did.

all feature work great and large capacity make this microwave a great value as close to a convection/microwave oven.

I've used a small microwave for 2 years before this one. The old one is a 0.9cu one. It's so annoying if you have lots of stuff to heat. But this one, I can even put a large pizza in it, awesome.

It works. Not sure what you write about a microwave, but it cooks the food and it's big. I could fit a whole chicken in there if need be (this is not recommended). Pretty awesome for pretzels.
