Our first Panasonic microwave was this model but purchased (@Best Buy) over 10 years ago. Easy to use, could fit all sizes including casserole and baby bottles. Now we have the same, just newer. Very easy to use with plenty of presets. Sensor cook has replaced auto cook and takea getring used to. Sometimes overheats, so watxh closely. Overall great value. Will be back (maybe) in another 10 years.

Largest you can get in this price range. Holds the bigger taller casserole items. 6 months on working well. Have to push 2 buttons to get quick minute running, wish it were one button.

Bought this for my 85yo mom who has poor vision. It was easy for her to use & she liked the big buttons.

We've had perhaps a dozen microwaves in the past 30 years. This one is the BEST! Easy to use, no annoying locking mechanisms, great space, easy to clean. THE BEST, and at a GREAT PRICE!

After our last microwave went out we needed a new one, the brand we had before was not as good as this brand. I really like the large capacity that this microwave has, it is easy to use, and the buttons are easy to read. I also like the fact that if I want to use the extra features they are available to use, but not necessary to use for just regular microwaving.

I like the size and features offered by this microwave. I am especially excited about the sensor cooking capability and the fact the this microwave seems to heat food more thoroughly and evenly.

Good quality microwave with many handy setting for different cooking items such as popcorn and defrosting meat. Large oven to accommodate bigger items. intuitive keypad(s) for easy selection.

This microwave is amazing. I don't usually do reviews however this item is worth it. It cooks your meal perfectly. I put a leftover brat in with my leftover mac n cheese and it cooked both of them evenly and to the perfect temperature to eat. It is amazing how it can perfectly cook the items at the same time with different densities so evenly. When using it to defrost it does not cook your food while defrosting. Don't pass this one up.

Reviews on the Consumer Reports web site indicated door switch failure from 1 to 2 years of ownership. But owner reviews of all the models tested reported problems of one kind or another. This model was the top rated one and it works great. My wife cooks with it a lot but I can attest the baked potato setting is very uniform and better than previous oven. Because of the reviews I decided to buy an extended warranty for 4 years. Our last one was a Sharp and lasted 8 1/2 years. Started using oven on 12/9/15.

Bought this to replace earlier version of same product that served well for over 15 years, Like this model because turntable is large enough to accommodate bacon cooker. New model has push-button door release (vs. simple pull handle on older model) -- just something else that could break. Sensor cook and reheat controls replace food type and portion settings on older model. New controls seem to work just fine. Hoping this unit will serve at least as long as its predecessor. Excellent value for price considering size and functions.

Great microwave. Easy to use. Big in size so big items not an issue. Heats evenly. Very satisfied with purchase.

I had a Panasonic microwave before and developed a problem with door not shutting property after two year. I hope this problem is fixed in the new microwave. Other than that it is great

I replaced a 15-year-old model with the identical upgraded product as it was trouble-free, has many convenient modes and its large size accommodates every kind of utensil.

This is really what I wanted. Our old microwave worked OK, but that was it. It took a little while to get used to the power: The top setting will cook things fast! However, with the partial settings, the food gets cooked quickly and heated more evenly. The top setting can be rough on things with eggs and potatoes--it cooks them so fast that the pieces explode. Just reduce the setting to 6 or 7 and all is good. I was most amazed at the ice cream defrosting. The soy ice cream we get is really hard. After a few seconds on the right setting, the ice cream is just right to scoop, not runny on the edges and hard in the center. I assume that is how it would be, since I have never tried this anywhere else. It thaws other things: peas, orange juice, etc., equally well.

We have a large family, including extended members. I need a bigger microwave that will handle a 4 liter dish. This one takes care of what I need for my family, kids and grandkids.

This microwave is excellent. The large oven size allows for larger bowls and even large pizza.

got this to replace an older one and so far it's great. like the larger size and the turning plate inside. we use it daily, several times for cooking, thawing and re-heating.

The microwave is spacious and cooks food quickly. Easy to use.

Love the way it heats quickly. I'm still getting used to how fast it heats compared to my previous microwave. I would definitely recommend this microwave to any one!

for years I've used at mid size microwave, this one will be so much better since I won't be restricted by size anymore.
