Very easy to use. Had Panasonic brand before and it's a very reliable brand. Our 1st panasonic microwave lasted over 20 years!

I love this microwave. It is big, but full of features. I especially love that Sensor reheat and señor cook buttons. Cook and reheat food evenly without overdone.

My old Panasonic microwave's door finally broke from my kids slamming the door repeatedly over the years. I really liked that microwave and went looking for the same or similar one. I looked online and then decided to stop at a Best Buy to compare prices and I was able to get a better price at Best Buy. The microwave is fairly straightforward to operate and is big enough to handle large dishes. We use it multiple times a day.

I read Consumer Reports in re microwaves - this one was on the top of the list. I went on Best Buy.com and found it at a tremendous price. It has not failed my expectations. Great purchase and great product. Very easy to use and more options than any I've ever owned - that's a lot (I'm 70 years old).

This is our second Panasonic Full Sized Black Microwave. We were so pleased to find an almost exact replacement! Hope this one lasts as long as the first!!!

Basically replaced a 7 year old unit with the same, but updated unit. It appears that it will deliver the same long term great performance as the old unit.

This is the second panasonic full size microwave we have bought. Our first one lasted us 6 years, it outlasted our expectations of a "microwave" It is easy to operate and performs great with what ever it is you want to cook.

I like a larger microwave, but this one ended up being a little larger than I wanted. Takes up a lot of counterspace. Works great and easy to use.

Have had a few microwaves in the past but this one definately services it's purpose. Does not dry out leftovers, Thaws frozen items evenly, easy to clean and simple instructions on it's use. Great pricing for it's size in CU inches

Please make sure you have plenty of cabinet space for this product but if you're looking for a large capacity microwave, this is an excellent choice!

Only had a short time but works well so far. Very large and not intended for small spaces. Plenty of power.

Easy to set up & use. The door kinda looks purplish- wishes it was more white..still looks & works great.

Nice replacement and large enough for casserole dishes. So far all the buttons working well but some concern about raised button for starting the microwave.

Good microwave with good features. Defrost works good. Sensor cooking is good. The only minus - if the timer is set, the cooking operation is locked out. Our last unit had a timer that keep operating while cooking foods. Other than tat, this is a great microwave. The interior is huge with a large glass turntable.

It's large, I can full meals on plates and keep them warm. use deeper bowls and glass containers. love it!

I had an older model of this microwave which I had repaired once in a period of almost 20 years. The new one has so many more features; I love it.
