Inverter technology is an improvement over old method of pulsing max power on and off, it does make for better texture and even heating. Huge turntable.

this microwave does a wonderful job of food preparation, heats very rapidly, and to my further delight, is generally pretty quiet while in use.

Purchased this for someone else but also use it myself when there. Heats good. Good larger size. Has a 1 minute quick button. Newer models have a 30 second button. Would recommend.

This is the fourth time we have purchased this particular model of Panasonic microwave. Not because the others have failed but we moved and left them for the new residents. The microwave lasts a long time, needs no repair and is well made. Hope Panasonic continues to make this model.

Great big size... works nice. Have owned it for a little over a month and so far very pleased with it. Got a 25% off list price when I purchased it which it it an even super deal!

Extra capacity microwave. Doesn't make alot of noise. Very simple to use. Reheats well. Easy programs.

We purchased this brand because our last two ovens were from a competitive brand and only lasted a total of five years (3-1/2 for one and 1-1/2 for the most recent one). This oven has all the bells and whistles and hopefully will make it at least 3 or 4 years. So far, so good.

I was looking for a full size countertop microwave that had a bunch of features and this one seemed to have it all. I like the sturdyness of how it's built and the classic black finish. I hope it will last me for years to come. It is a little pricey so that's why I gave it 4/5 stars.

First, this was an online purchase with pickup in store. So I didn't view the microwave prior to purchasing. It is quite large...larger than the one I was replacing so keep that in mind. Luckily I have sufficient counter space. I think I would have not purchased it if I had seen how large it was. It does heat evenly, and it seems to bring the food to a higher temperature compared to my previous microwave. I'm not sure if my previous microwave was just older & not up to par or if this model actually heats at a higher temperature. The door open mechanism is a concern for me as other reviewers have mentioned that it broke over time. My previous microwave opened with just a pull on the door handle. I don't like the fact that I have to press a button continuously to bring the power level from 100% down to another level. Each push of the button decreases the power level by 10%. So if I want to heat at 50% I have to push the button 5 times. I have had this unit for approx 1-2 months. So far I am extremely satisfied with the heating performance. Hopefully this microwave lasts...after reading through many different brand reviews it seems like it's now common for most microwaves to have a short life span. A disappointment based on models made many years ago. Oh, and Best Buy had the best price by far when compared to other retailers (online and local).

Overall I am very pleased with this unit, I have gotten several of them the past years for my home office and trailer. They heat everything quickly and are very simple to use.

So far it has worked very well with a variety of foods. I had an under powered microwave before and I am enjoying the shorter cooking times. It also has a nice appearance.

Our microwave shut down early one morning and we looked online and could not find what we wanted. Also needed it right away. Wanted white and not industrial strength stainless steel. Also wanted the larger model that could take 8 x 11 pans. Fits the bill. Had to enlarge the hole in the cabinets a bit as we didn't take into consideration that it had little molded feet on the bottom that prevented it from going in. Luckily husband is good at home repairs and installation. Works great.

This microwave was purchased for use in a firehouse. It has held up well. Simple to the point controls make use very easy. Large oven area fits most every dish easily.

This microwave is perfect for someone who likes to prepare/cook food in a microwave. Takes a while to get use to & understand how all the features & settings work. It definitely takes up a lot of counter space.

Bought microwave based on reviews and need. A microwave is a microwave. I wanted a large cooking space, big family large plates. It is a bit noisier and cooks hotter. It is a good machine and priced right.

Being light weight is great for moving it to clean but it is so light weight that if you shut the door one handed (or with your elbow when your hands are full it can slide backwards. Not a problem if you have it somewhere with a solid back but mine is on a cart. You need one hand to kind of hold it in place and use the other to shut the door. I've had to learn to remember to leave it open when I take something out then shut the door after I set it down. Not a huge problem but just a learning curve. Overall it's a great product. The instructions make it very easy to get the settings personalized to how you want and it works great
