First one lasted 13 years. Second one lasted 15 months, (out of warranty). Bought the extended warranty with the third one. We'll see.

Good deal to replace a sparking microwave. The sensor reheat works well and can it defrost frozen stock quickly. It is also huge, so be sure to have enough counter space.

Really like the sensor cooking features. almost evertime its perfect. have had to add 30 seconds more on some things to make them hotter but for the most part sensor cooking is right on target.

the microwave is easy to use and is quiet when running. the inside plate is easy to clean and to replace. love it

This microwave is really powerful. It cooks food evenly and quickly. Have only had this microwave for a month and have already found that the microwave has so much power, that sometimes I have to modify the directions on certain frozen food otherwise I will burn the food. This microwave is 1250watts, and most frozen food has directions for 1100watts. This microwave is the perfect size for bigger items. The turntable is really big, i think it is 16-20 inches in diameter.

This replaced a 28 year old Whirlpool that was getting tired. While this is lighter, the door in particular. It works great. It cuts cooking time by about 30%. Time will tell about reliability.

It is very easy to use vs: my old micro. Has many great features and the defrost is so easy . I always had problems before, being 77 yrs. lol

I love this microwave for its fast heat cycle and the amount of space for TV dinners big meat or chicken, I don't have to compact anymore to get it in there.

We Love it Our last one we had was not wide enough and we had to tip larger trays of food which caused messes. Food gets hot evenly. We really love it.

We got this as a replacement. Very pleased with the size, quickness that it heats items and de-frost functions. Leaves fingerprints where ever touched

This microwave is a real powerhouse, cooking everything quickly and evenly. The only problem is the preset buttons. If a bag of popcorn is thrown in, and the popcorn button is used, the popcorn will be burnt every time. The best bet is skip the presets and put the popcorn in minus 10 -20 seconds your usual time. Also, the microwave interferes with my DVD player's video streaming function.

This is a great microwave. I like the higher wattage, it heats items quickly. large interior can put casserole size dish in it.

This microwave replaces an old Whirlpool which worked pretty good, but door latch broke and couldn't open it. Although I believe the Whirlpool heated liquids better, this one is not too bad. I have not used all the features as of yet.

Fast efficient cooking, big enough to cook a small turkey. When I ordered it I did not really check the size. BIG but now I am happy it is!

I own two of this microwave and they are outstanding. I love the inverter feature; it allows me to thaw meat without drying and burning. You should get this microwave!!!

Bought this microwave because is was EXACTLY like the one I was replacing. The popcorn feature works perfectly (unlike a lot of micros) and the turbo defrost is my favorite feature. Food thaws quickly, without cooking.
