This was a replacement for a smaller 1100 watt machine. This one (1200w) actually cooks the food all the way through at the specified cook times. Defrost works well and doesn't cook the edges of meats like my previous machines defrost setting did. I also like the child lock setting, its easy to use and keeps my expert climber and button pushing todler from cooking his hot wheels and playdoh. I have to say, so far this is the best microwave I have ever owned. The only thing I wish it had is more single push preset food type cook settings.

We had our old microwave for 33 years! This was a great replacement choice and I love that its white like our other appliances. I know it will serve us well, and seems perfect for our needs. I'll bet it won't last 33 years though!!!

This replaced a microwave that was close to 18 years old. It's nice, heats quickly and evenly and the sales person did an excellent job of describing what's changed in the last 18 years for microwaves. The pulse heat versus the constant heat is something to consider.

This is the 2nd Panasonic microwave we have used. The power level is terrific and easily changeable. The overall dimensions are smaller but the internal size is the same so it works great in smaller areas or countertops.

We had a little smaller one that finally went bad and was hoping to find a larger microwave with more power... This one fits the specs we wanted and it works GREAT... The Best Buy person was very helpful and quick...

This replaces an old microwave with a current model. Not the cheapest overall, but we are very happy with the oven. Would buy again.

We had read the reviews and had some reservations about getting this one, but have no issues so far. One review said the unit beeped until you took the food out. It doesn't. 5 or 6 beeps and it stops. Good unit so far.

I was looking for a large Microwave with easy to use features. This is great for defrosting and every day use. I use my microwave several times a day. The price was great. I would definitely purchase again.

The microwave is just the size we want. big enough to do a good size bowl or a glass cake pan. Also warms up a cup of tea really fast.

I bought this because of the interior size & there wasn't many options available in the stores much less in black. But the keypad can be hard to read without good lighting. The white lettering you would think would be easy to read on the black but the lettering is very thin lined so it doesn't stand out like I thought it would. If the overhead light that is right above the microwave is not on I can't read it. The other lights about 10 feet away aren't enough yet they were for the microwave that I replaced.

I was shocked when I saw how large the box was, and it does take up a lot of room on the counter, but I am very happy with how well it works. A high quality appliance that we use many times every day.

M WHEN MY MICROWAVE FINALLY BIT THE BULLET, I WENT TO BEST BUY AND BOUGHT ANOTHER PANASONIC - EXACT SAME MODEL, COLOR, SIZE, etc. AS THE ONE THAT DIED, I GOT THE SAME ONE BECAUSE IT'S GREAT!

The microwave works great, however, you do not make a cabinet covering kit for it SO the cabinet it sits in above our oven is not finished out with a cover to hide the open spacing around the microwave!

I really enjoyed this microwave. I needed a new one because the old one died. It had to be big to take up the space that the builders made in the house I purchased. So it was very difficult finding a white microwave that was a counter style. This one truly fit the bill. I especially loved the quick settings, and it truly spacious inside when warming large casserole dishes. Also I got a great price, because my box had been opened. Win Win!

Does overall excellent job of cooking the food by sensor using the various microwave powers to prevent drying out the food and maintaining the moisture and flavor. Highly recommend this oven.
