The inverter/power control setup on this thing is incredible. After a short learning curve, say goodbye to exploding food, dried out, burnt edges and frozen centers. The sensor reheat knows exactly what it's doing, as does the defrost program. To my way of thinking, this technology is as big of a deal as the invention of the microwave itself, it has finally made the microwave truly competent at what they're supposed to do. Only thing I can't speak to is how long it will last, but it seems fairly well made.

This is my second microwave of the brand,size and wattage. The first one was so good when it broke we replaced it with the same.

Good value, good price, easy to use for easy things. But, to use for more than a quick heat up, you have to make sure and have the manual handy. One button does too many things to be easy. Other than that, it is a great microwave.

I love the interior size of this microwave and that it has a light that stays on when the door is open or the microwave is in use. Great Value too!!

I have a built in cabinet that the old microwave use to fit in, when it stop working, I was looking for another one that would fit in that space. I was very happy that I found one that work perfect in that space

I love everything about this HUGE and POWERFUL microwave except (1) there's no 30-second button, and (2) you have to press Start after pressing Quick Min.

Cleans up easily. Many button options. Looks good.

We needed a full sized microwave oven as a backup to our older built in microwave. After a bit of research I found this microwave oven met my requirements and Best Buy had a competitive price.

I bought this as an open-box item in the store. It had to be cleaned first, so I think the store was using it, but it was in excellent shape. Note that this uses a lot of watts at full power, so if you use an extension cord of any time, it could trip it. We mostly use at 70% or 80% power for "full" power cooking and 30% for defrost. It uses an inverter, so it does not "shut off" during partial power use, as it actually reduces the power for the full time. Very different than most microwaves, and this might make for more even cooking. Other than tripping our extension cord sometimes, it is great, although keep in mind that it is VERY LARGE (i.e., it has a large footprint).
