It is black and fits into the theme of our kitchen. One touch popcorn is a big plus for my daughter's after-school snacks. And a programable ticker tape message to leave notes as a reminder about dinners. Cooooool! Thanks.

I was surprised that this one wasn't as good as my last Kenmore microwave that I had purchased for half the price. Surprised because Consumer's Report gave it such a good rating. But I can't cook and use the timer at the same time which I found very useful. The "quick minute" isn't as quick, because I have to also hit the start button. Other than that I think it's fine. I would have returned it if I had kept the box.

I love this microwave. The only thing that I do not like is the length of the power cord. i put it on a Microwave cart and the cord was to short to get to the outlet. I would have given it 5 stars if the power cord was longer.

There are too many steps to take to set the power levels and time to cook. My old unit was simple. Good thing I have a second unit in the kitchen that I use daily. This new one just sits there collecting dust.

Very fast. Love the meal warmer feature. Reheats a meal to the right temperature in minutes. Not too many buttons to deal with. Great so far.

I have a very busy kitchen and this microwave allows me to breeze through my cooking. I am able to steam vegetables for my side dishes. My family prefers this method of cooking as the vegetables do not get soggy.

This is the right size and color. I thought it would be more powerful. I think I will like it better and better if it lasts a really long time.

I needed a new microwave oven after my last one died. I did a lot of research, and selected the Panasonic. I've had it for a month now, and no issues. Great product at an excellent price point.

we had a Sharp microwave for 11 year; it finally died. this one was very comparable. same size, more power, perfect. very easy to operate. love it.

We loved our previous microwave oven and were not excited about finding a replacement. However, after doing a lot of shopping, we decided on the Panasonic model from Best Buy and are not disappointed.

I love the sound it makes when it is finished, doesn't wake anyone who is sleeping. I love on the inside panel, it gives items and times to heat them.

This microwave has worked flawlessly. I did have some trouble reading the menu face at first but now have a small flashlight I use to see the panel. There is no backlight on the panel.

I switched from a Sharp microwave as it was very inconsistent. Panasonic microwave has so far worked flawlessly and is much more powerful. The only thing I wish it had was lighted keypad.

I have used Panasonic products for years, especially their microwaves. I currently have a Panasonic product that I have used over 10 years and it keeps on working like a champ.

this is the second one I have had.If this one lasts as long as the last one it is a great value. My last one was over ten years old and got a lot of use.

This oven has the highest power I could find and works well for any function appropriate for a microwave. It is large and eats counter space, but that is to be expected for a non built-in oven.

I was looking for a Sharp Carousel, but the one I wanted was not available ANYWHERE. This is a nice substitute.

I couldn't be happier with my new microwave. It's got loads of features that I'm really enjoying, & I saved money buying it.

Would have liked a setting for warming or defrosting rolls and buns. Like everything else about it, the defrost and the keep warm function.
