On 1/3/16 it was completely dead. I did not buy the Best Buy protection policy, so I have to deal with Panasonic for warranty. The only service center is in Texas. Shipping is $128.00 dollars for a $139.00 microwave.

I bought this microwave from Best Buy on December 24, 2015, and it stopped working completely on March 13, 2016. Ridiculous! What a LEMON!
