This microwave is a best thing I ever bought because the old one I had did not do a lot of things like the new one is done and this one is much better and fits right in the space I needed for

This is my second one of these. The first one broke after about two years. The door handle had issues. No other microwave has a better feature than the sensor reheat on this. That is why I bought a second one.

This model is essentially the same as the model we just replaced (which burned out after many, many years). This model has easy settings, a few newly streamlined features, but appears to be the quality product we enjoyed for many years. (My wife really likes it; what more can I say?)

I thought that because there were so many users reporting problems with the door latch going back 2+ years....that the mfg. would have fixed it by now. They Have Not! Love the microwave but the door latch is already sticking and has to be banged to get it to release, I'll have to bring it back in to Best Buy.

We purchased this microwave for our son in his college apartment. He and his roomates use it constantly and have nicknamed it "The Beast" because it's big enough to cook just about anything. They love the menu features that take the guess work out of cooking with a microwave.

I really like this micowave. It has some really great features. I'm still not upto snuff on all of them yet. Just need to remember that this microwave has so much more power that it will cook much much faster. I sometmes put the power down a notch or 2 just to be safe until I get more atuned to it. It is a great microwave for the price.

This is a big microwave oven. My wife wanted one she could put a 9"X13" pan in, so we chose this one. Had to put a bigger top on the microwave cart so it could sit on it. The microwave works very well...no complaints at all...but we've only had it for about a month. Hopefully it lasts. The "Sensor Re-heat" is a great option that we use about 90% of the time. My wife says the inverter type defrost works much better than our previous (15 yr old) microwave. Hope this one lasts as long.

I love the Sensor cook and Sensor reheat option. For almost any leftovers, I just hit the sensor reheat and start. Works great.

This product works as great as my older model Panasonic ( that still works) but the handle of that model broke. I keep it as a spare know. It is a full size, cooks evenly and fast. Love it...........

WAS VERY EASY TO USE, STILL WORKING OUT ALL THE NEW ITEMS. HAD A SANYO FOR 24 YEARS AND LOVE THE SENSOR REHEAT ITEM.

I bought this microwave a week ago, the turntable did not work out of the box. If I turned it by hand, it would work until the next time, then nothing. Had to take it back, and Best Buy refunded it, but I went with a different brand this time, and a little smaller one. This one would be good for people who do a lot of cooking using a microwave, but it is overkill for people that just defrost, reheat, etc.

My Panasonic NN-H965 unit was mfd Nov 2008, purchased at Best Buy Aug 2009, died Nov 2010, 3 months after parts warranty expired. Cause of death: Inverter failure. My appliance tech advised me that the inverter unit used was not very robust. Estimated repair cost: Inverter component, at least $100, plus labor charge. Going back to using a 14 year old Sharp oven I held onto after replacing a bad capacitor last year (when we bought this model). Magnetron tube for this unit has 5-year warranty, but that's not what failed for me. Unit was easy to use and worked well, until it quit. Consider dreaded extended warranty, or a different oven.

This is my second Panasonic NN-H965WFA microwave. The first died just short of three years. When looking at having it repaired, it was about the same as buying a new one. The repairman said not to buy a microwave with an inverter, because they typically go out at three years even though they get high reviews. I seriously looked at several other brands, but none had the features that I like with this one. For the price, I decided that it was worth enjoying another of the same and bought the extended warranty.

Such a phenomenal microwave, loving the Inverter Turbo defrost. The internal size is great and such a great price!

Had to quickly replace old unit. Very satisfied with unit. Price was excellent as well. Great value.

Did a little research on microwave's and this one was at the top. I paid a fair price for it and I am very pleased with the unit.

The inside of this microwave is very big, is awesome for bigger items. Works great, recommend it

Really big microwave. Can fit big bowls and works great. I have had no issues so far. Used it for last 3 months.

We liked this microwave for the first few months, but then it went downhill. The good: large capacity, easy to use controls The not so good: the door-open button is stiff; every time we open it the whole microwave moves on the counter. The bad: Within a few months, the electronic door-close detection started failing. We had to open and re-close it sometimes to get the thing to turn on. After a while, that stopped working; then we had to push down on the top of the door after closing it before it would turn on. Within a little over 2.5 years of owning it, it quit altogether: no lights, nobody home. Our other microwave (a Sharp), is 9 years old and still going strong. I can't recommend a microwave that lasts less then three years.
