Went thru several cheaper brands, 3 in 1 year and I use mainly to heat foods, not cook foods, and my large square plates didn't fit well. Hated the power surging when using different power levels. I researched several sites to find a better microwave. More expensive, but hopefully will have for a long time. I purchased from my local Best Buy store on sale in April 2012 and works great. I love that it stays constant when using different power levels. I read other reviews on several sites, the beep is loud enough to hear in another room for me and no problems so far!

This microwave works better than I could ever have wanted, It suits every purpose

Purchased unit in Dec 2011. Used it daily for at least 20 minutes per day to heat meals and defrost. About 3 months ago, the unit would occasionally not start unless the upper latch of the door was pressed FIRMLY. Panasonic advised that they were aware of this issue, but the unit was out of warranty and repair costs would be about $65.00 before shipping. Unit died (displaying code H97) and Panasonic provided the details of a repair facility in Seattle and advised we are responsible for shipping. Bottom line - we are buying a new microwave - not the same model (NN-H965BF)

Excellent microwave, no hot spots, even and fast cooking. PERFECT! Hope that you enjoy the same experience.

My family purchased this microwave when our other one broke. It has very easy controls, huge inside, and still looks good sitting out on the counter.

It's exactly the right size for what I needed in the kitchen.

I purchased this one to replace a similar unit that was almost 10 years old. I love that the power levels work directly, not by turning the cooking power on and off repeatedly. My only complaint is that the door open mechanism is a bit stiff, but I think it may wear in with time.

Good buy at a good price. A very functional unit. It controls the distribution of the energy so the food is cooked evenly. This is a neat feature. When a lower power setting is chosen, it does not stop and start the energy being used, rather it reduces it to a lower evergy value.

The microwave works good. The clock is very easy to set, and the price was very good. I am completely happy with it.

Great Microwave. This replaced another Panisonic that lasted 10yrs.

I have been using the microwave for about 1 month now and so far am very happy with it.

Bought this microwave for my wife this Easter she loves it .Once you have owned one operating most of the settings is not all that hard. the only complaint i have is getting sales staff to help you and even answer any question best buy needs to work on customer skills door greater at least say hi when you walk in. other than that most of the products Ive bought have been grate.

Very large window, heats great when it works. Reheat function works great, and it was awesome for doing baked potatoes. Too bad its made so cheaply. Door latch just suddenly popped on me and as someone else mentioned its just cheaper to buy a new one then to try to fix it. Shame too because it was a great microwave when it worked. With that said I will be going to another brand.

What is happening with these recently made Microwaves? They die within two years. We usually keep two microwaves at home and new ones are keep dying.Our old Sanyo microwave is 21 years old and still running. My wife keep asking me why I do not buy the same brand. I would if they would still make microwaves. it is really sad.

Bought this unit from Best Buy in Feb. 2016 and less than 6 month later, the plastic over the touch buttons has started to crack and peel back. I tried calling Best Buy but they don't cover physical damages. I tried calling Panasonic, and after waiting over 10 minutes for an agent, I was told that the unit was out of the 1 year warranty, even though I just bought it. To prove my purchase date, I would have to open a case, mail them a copy of the receipt and wait for their judgment. This is after I sent in my product registration card back in February after purchase. Will never buy Panasonic again.

My Panasonic microwave worked okay for ten months and then died on me. Fortunately it had the courtesy to die within my year warranty, so I am hoping the repair or replacement will work for some time. Still, it's a hassle to have to take it to the shop and deal with it all. My previous microwaves have all lasted for many years.

When we first got this microwave, we noticed the door closed a lot harder than our prior microwave of many years. I thought maybe there was some new government regulation that required that and that they had strengthened the mechanism to account for it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The latch broke and Panasonic wanted us to drive over 60 miles (we are part of the largest metro area in the state) to get it repaired and no guarantee that it wouldn't soon break again. Kudos to BestBuy! They exchanged it for a different model and we bought the BestBuy extended coverage on that one. Otherwise, Panasonic would have us driving 60+ miles until it was out of warranty.
