This is by far the best microwave oven I have ever purchased. The sensor used to reheat variety of foods is amazing. I love this product and would happily recommend it to anyone.

THIS MICROWAVE IS THE BOMB!! THIS PURCHASE REPLACES A PANASONIC INVERTER THAT I BOUGHT WAY BACK IN JULY OF 1999. THE MICROWAVE GOT DAILY USE FOR 10 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS...AND THEN IT JUST DIED, SO I'M HOPING THAT THIS NEW MICROWAVE WILL LAST 10 YEARS AS WELL. WITH IT'S DEPENDIBILITY, WHY GO WITH ANYTHING ELSE? PLUS, THIS MICROWAVE IS BIG!

Well packed. All parts provided. Set up was a breeze. Easy to follow instructions. I wish the control panel was back-lit to make it easier to read the number pad.

This is the second Panasonic microwave I have purchased. The first one lasted 13 years with out any problems. Needless to say I really like the product.

After reading the manual we discovered the many new automated cooking or reheating settings that our old M'wave, didn't have. They've really changed how we microwave food compared to our older model and we like the cooked food quality.

After 8 months this oven burned up and smoked the house completely. Service replaced the inverter and magnetron. After a minute of operation the inverter burned up a second time. It has been in the shop a month now. Don't leave one of these unattended. I am done with any Panasonic product. The products are defective. Service is poor. Customer support is non-existent. Yes, Panasonic never returned my contact.

My 12 year old Panasonic was taking 30% more time to cook so we searched for the best we could find to replace it. We ended up buying the closest Panasonic to the high end one we previously had in spite of the bad reviews that revealed problems with the doors. My logic was that Panasonic would have fixed such a simple problem by now. WRONG!!! I took it back after 2 weeks & exchanged it for the same model & purchased an extended warranty. The door progressively got harder to open until you had to push the button with extreme force in order to open it. It is a great microwave except for this problem. I find it incredible that Panasonic will allow their good name to be damaged by repeatedly selling a defective product when all they have to do is fix the door. Wake up Panasonic!

Cooks Food so what else do you want to know??? Love the Re-Heat Feature (gets the food hot but not to hot)!!!

This may be the worst electronic purchase we have ever made. From the day that we bought it, the door was flaky. If it wasn't closed firmly, the microwave wouldn't work. As time went on, it had to be closed with greater and greater energy until we finally were having to slam the door to make the oven work. Our kids asked us if we bought it at a thrift shop... This past week, it stopped working altogether. The only good thing about it dying completely is that I now have an excuse to throw this microwave out of my home...

This unit is as easy to use as my old Sharp. I've always used Sharp but their quality has gone down hill. We will see how long this one lasts.

Purchased the Panasonic based on reviews to replace Sharp microwave. Had 2 Sharps in the past 15 years so am now wondering why I changed. The Panasonic is more powerful, but haven't "used" the inverter feature as yet. There are not as many automatic settings with the new microwave as I've had in the past. Will just have to wait and see about how long it will last.

I have had this brand before and was extremely satisfied. Will stay with Panasonic as long as they keep making it.

I love our new microwave. The size is great and I love its simplicity. I really like the invertor technology. The power and cooking has been good and so far I have had no problems with this purchase. I would highly recommend.

My microwave was very old, so this new machine surprised me with it's power. Be careful with your popcorn until you learn how to judge cooking time with this machine.

This is my 2nd oven like this. The first one had to have its magnetron replaced within a year, and the replacement one died about a year after that. Now this "new" oven, which I bought to replace the first oven, has a broken or messed up door latch. The latch gave way on its own, as I was cooking something on my stove (across the room). I may, or may not, fix this oven. I am so disappointed with this Panasonic oven. People say the latch is stiff. It was, till this morning. DON'T waste your money on this oven.

I like this microwave very much, it works very well, and very fast, its very easy to set the time and the rest of the settings. I have not found anything yet I don't like about it.

The door latch broke just after the 1 yr warranty expired. Have to Slam it as hard as I can to get it to shut. Opening it is just as hard. The features of the microwave are great, I love the sensor cook, it reheats great, but quality seems to have gone down. I will have to look into other brands. For an expensive microwave I would expect it to hold up better.

Recommended by a friend, this is a large microwave and a great addition to our work kitchen. Glad I purchased it at such a reasonable price.

I've had one of these for about two years. It worked pretty well in general. The inverter meant that it cooked at low power, vs. the older ovens that turned on and off over very long (10+ second) cycles and thus didn't give much control. One bad design was the power control, which requires you to press a button to lower it 10% from full power. So 40% means a bunch of pushes. But it's two years old and now dying. It turns itself off, and can only work if I slam the door enough times to get whatever's loose to connect. That is getting less and less frequent so I'll probably go for a different brand., It's past warranty so repair probably costs as much as a replacement.
