I had the smaller version of this model and it worked fine for years. After a sever lighting storm I lost it to a surge. To replace my microwave I chose another Panasonic microwave and the choice was great again. Works great and quick to do the job.

Does what I want it to good looking and easy to use

I shopped online then went to my local store. The item was not in stock, there however, my store found one in stock across the City. My store completed the purchase and arranged for me to drive up to the front door for delivery at the other store. I like the product and am satisfied with the purchase and the service.

Read the reviews on line for microwaves and this model was rated the best. The interior is larger than the previous one I had and pleased with the size. It is easy to operate. Glad I purchased it.

We love this new oven. Our microwave that this is replacing lasted 15 years of hard homeowner use, until finally the finish inside started coming off. We purchased this brand because of our prior good experience with Panasonic microwave ovens. We chose this model because of the highest "Consumer Reports" recommendation and the high ratings at Amazon. The price of this highest rated model was about $100 less than other top rated models and by purchasing it at Best Buy during their 4th of July sale, we saved another $30, no where online were we able to find it for less. A plus was getting it the same day in a local store. It's unfortunate that Costco doesn't carry this model, or for that matter, any full size microwave ovens in our local Costco.

Good size, attractive on counter, easy read controls

The cooking times and results are great. The only problem was with the clear covering on the button. One is already starting to separate. It still works but looks terrible. If it keeps deteriorating I'll return it.

The microwave is very user friendly and easy to use

I really don't cook that much in a microwave. I have a grill. But I warm up a lot of stuff (stuff I cooked on my grill). Just joking. This is a good oven and I am happy with it. It pops nearly every single kernel of popcorn in a minute forty. It boils a 2 cup measuring cup of water in 3 minutes (hot chocolate, instant cappuccino). Frozen pot pie in three minutes and forty five seconds. Product is uniformly heated. Must be something to the "inverter" technology. It is very easy to operate but I do pretty simple things. The hard stuff, I get my grandkids to help. They like this oven too. Only problem: If directions on frozen things says, maybe, four and a half mins. Try three forty five first. It is powerful.

Very large, nice sounding beep (not harsh like some other machines I've had). Works great. Note: to select power level you have to repeatedly press same button, so that might wear out sooner than others.

Wonderful microwave, heats well and thoroughly, and fits right in with the other appliances in the house. The defrost functions are excellent. One shortcoming, there is no warming controls, rolls or softening bread products, otherwise it works well.

If you're looking for a max size microwave that's super easy to use, this is the one. There's tons of space inside, lots of features and it doesn't seem to be spying on me. ;)

This is the 2nd of this model we have purchased. The first one developed an electrical short in the door and caused it to lose power while cooking. Only lasted 3 years. Researched other brands but decided this was the best value so bought the same as a replacement. Hope this one lasts longer.

I have been shopping for a while to replace the one I had which was a big one. This one was perfect in every way. The pricing was fantastic!

This is my second Panasonic Inverter microwave in about 20 years. If this one lasts half as long as the last one, I will be happy/
