We have had this microwave for many months now and it has been great for our needs. We use it at least once a day and we have never had a problem with it.

This microwave is great for quick thaws and making meals. I have used it every day and am very happy with it.

Microwave heats well. It is easy to use. It cooks faster than our old one.

Great product. Only thing I used to have "add 30sec. key" which is Panasonic do not have ,I have to push 30 and start that's all otherwise I am happy with this.

We have had this microwave for about a month. Everything is working great so far. It is a major change from our previous unit (i hope this one lasts 31 years also). There are many new features that we need to learn, it takes time to understand how each new option can fit into our daily routine. So far, it's all good.

Purchased this as a replacement for a similar model that last 10 years. It provides good, even cooking with the carousel and large enough to good a full meal.

This microwave does almost everything well (with the exception of popcorn). The way the power levels operate continuously vs intermittent off and on is a big plus. This microwave's power is on "steroids" and does not mess around heating up food or beverages. The popcorn selections (3.5 oz bag, 3.0 oz bag and 1.15 oz bag) do not match current sizes of microwave popcorn being sold today. I have since learned to simply watch the popcorn until the popping stops and note the seconds needed for the particular sized bag. The Best Buy selling price was less than other appliance stores for the smaller 1.6 cubic foot Panasonic. From other reviews, it appear the Achilles heel of this machine may be the latch spring. I suggest not slamming the door shut and that may prolong the life of the microwave. I highly recommend this microwave for it's strength and quality of construction.

We have been using this microwave for 3 weeks and it has exceeded our expectations in ever way. We had a Kenmore that was 30 years old and it finally quit working, We checked out at least 10 other models made by other manufactures and Panasonic was head and shoulders above every one of them. Best Buy was the only store that had what we wanted and delivered it same day (no wait).

Panasonic again delivers on the quality product I've come to expect. The microwave provides all the features as advertised much to my satisfaction.

This is a very large microwave, almost too large for a counter top. This being said, it uses it's size very efficiently and can fit almost anything you would want to cook. I think even a good sized turkey would fit, if you would use a microwave for that. Effective use of power, usually adequately cooks the food within the recommended time. Overall, great value for the price.

Alberto was a great help. He went out of his way to help us measure the Microwave ovens so we could find one that fit the space in our kitchen.

Bought this particular microwave because it is a Consumer Reports Best Buy. It has great functionality, and the sensor reheat and sensor cook have been awesome! Not once has there been anything over done or under-cooked. The auto defrost works perfectly. This is a full size "counter-style" microwave, and we purchased the full size for a specific reason. The same model type is also available in a smaller size and in the above the stove model. All were highly rated. I would have never thought about Panasonic for a microwave, but if they keep making them like this, I'll keep getting them.

Inverter system is the best system for microwave ovens. Accidently broke the first one through my own fault. Will only buy inverter style ovens .

My first Panasonic microwave lasted 16 years. I replaced it with this one. Best microwave ever. Hoping to get another 16 years out of this one.

Our home kitchen does not have a built in microwave, so we need a counter-top one. This one is larger than our last one, so we had to rearrange some items to make room for it, but it does fit under the upper cabinets. We don't use all the features. We are not microwave experts. We usually use it to cook and re-heat, but not to thaw. I assume the fractional powers work as stated, but I can neither confirm nor deny it. I thought it sounded good that it worked at partial power rather than "on HIGH for 3 seconds and off for 7 seconds" like most microwaves do. The one feature that I liked on our old microwave was that I could press a button 1-6, and it would automatically start for that many minutes. This one does not do that. You actually need to put in a time. Typing this in as a "complaint" makes me seem really lazy that I don't want to hit the 00 after the minutes, but I thought that was a nice feature. It didn't do me much good for my oatmeal which takes 7 minutes since the automatic start was only for 1-6 minutes. Other than that one little difference, I like this one. The table inside turns in 10 seconds, so the inside item is usually at the front of the oven compared to our old oven where the table rotated about 20 seconds, and the item might end up in the back. My wife has health issues that limit her reaching, so this is a nice happenstance with the new oven.

This microwave oven suits all my needs witht the exception of a "quick start" touch button that allows you to just press a button to microwave items.
