Have had a Panasonic before and liked it. So far this one is just as good, only better in white to match my kitchen.

Looking for a basic microwave with capacity. White keyboard with black lettering was a key to the purchase.

Great microwave at a great price. Large enough for a large family.

The only problem I see right now is the button that we push to open the microwave door sometimes gets stuck.

When our old microwave oven died, We looked around for a replacement. This Panasonic microwave oven is truly a full size. The "power down" feature is an excellent improvement. I've used it several times when reheating, or a sensitive ingredient in it. It also cooks other foods much better with constant cooking on lower power instead of short bursts of high power. It accommodates larger plates & platters too. All in all, the more I use it...the better we like it.

We have had the service/replacement policy on the old unit. The old unit failed after 3+ years usage. BestBuy was great honor the policy and replaced the unit instantly. The policy that used to cost $19.99 now costs $39.99. Double the cost in 3+ years!! Not too happy about the pricing of the service/replacement policy!! The unit works fine and is obviously we like it so replaced with the same unit. There is no equivalent unit (1250 Watts with 2.2 Cubic feet).

First like this lasted seven years. This is a good replacement.

Am very happy with my microwave. It works well and provides all the features that make for good cooking.

You can't beat the price on this microwave, so that's the good news. The bad news is that I just bought the third one of this same model in seven years.

Although I do not do actual cooking yet in the microwave, I find it a good buy for my needs. However, I have one strong negative....the panel is not back-lighted or an easy read for elderly or low-vision users. I did not know that before purchase and might not have chosen this model if I had known this factor. Otherwise, a nice appliance.

For the price this is a great large capacity microwave. Received outstanding service when purchasing.

Runs quiet and I'm replacing a Panasonic with another one. Panasonic is a brand to stand by.
