Great product. The directions were easy to follow. Cooking time was quick and so far no overcooking. Your customer service person in appliances was very helpful.

Purchased this microwave for our church school and it has proven to be as good as an older model we use at home. It's getting hard to find "full size" ovens these days --- I'm glad Panasonic has chosen to keep producing them and keep the quality levels high.

Excellent microwave, good size, big enough to handle large stews and big plates. Used in a manufacturing facility and it holds up. Well built. Simple to use.

After having used a basic microwave for 20 years I was pleased that most of the "extra" features were actually useful. It provides good capacity on a small counter top footprint. I have an over the range microwave but this one has become my primary use appliance.

We bought this to replace a GE product that was making strange noises. This microwave seems to cook evenly and is much quieter that the previous one. It has automatic cook features. The potato works very well. We haven't tried the popcorn setting yet....

My previous microwave was from the same manufacturer. We got this microwave due to the mostly positive reviews on multiple sites. The sensor reheat feature works like magic. This microwave continues my positive impression of Panasonic microwaves.

Works great, pretty quiet, good user manual. My only real complaint is the timer is not very loud and only 5 short beeps--difficult to hear when in another room.

This is a really fine microwave, and gets multiple daily use at my house. My ONLY complaints are that it is impossible to shut the door quietly and the timer "dinger" is very quiet...tough to hear unless you are in the kitchen.

Bought this to replace a GE micro that was one size smaller. Really good value on 4-year replacement plan. Other micro went out just around the 4-year mark! Great product, roomy, accurate!

This is a great replacement for my old Panasonic microware. It is full sized, powerful and the controls are the same as my old one, so no learning curve!

This is the same exact model I had before. I picked this one out not knowing this. I compared all the models in the store by price, carousel, and depth. I came home with the very same ( but updated) as I had before. I couldn't be more pleased!

Would not give it 5 stars because we have not had it long enough to see if it will stand the test of time. So far it works great and I love the black.

So far so good. Have only had it for a month but the large cavity with lots of power gives us the opportunity to cook more with less time.

I have had Panasonic for years and they always die suddenly. This one is a replacement of another that stopped working prior to the warranty's end. I am hoping that this one lasts, cause my family likes Panasonic's features.

So far this has been great. The inverter works very well for defrosting. I defrosted about 2lbs of ground beef and it did a very good job. Also just setting low power manually works better with the inverter than in regular microwaves.

Ren ting a seasonl home in Leesburg, Florida. Microwave in house was only 700 watts and very small. Could not cook hardly anything. Bought one with 1250 watts, same as at home in Pennsylvania. Now I can cook almost everything.

I only used this unit for a week because it was to big for my kitchen, but that was my wrong decision to buy a big oven. For the week I had it, it was a powerful microwave oven, and for that price ($100), it was perfect.

This Panasonic microwave replaced an older microwave unit (mid-1990s) that had a good life. This new microwave is easy to use and produces food at proper temperatures. I'm pleased with the quality of Panasonic products.
