It didn't meet my needs

It wasn't in stock in my area to look at and was shipped to my house, otherwise I would have checked the ports before purchasing. I'll need to return this one and keep shopping. I didn't actually use it, just packed it back into the box. Not all of us can pay hundreds of dollars monthly for wifi and streaming, so I need more versatility.

Although it looks great out of the box whats the point of selling devices if your not going to include the hdmi cable it needs to function. Nothing was mentioned in reviews. I could change star status when I purchase a usb cable for playing. Bummer wished I known I would of added it to my order a week ago.

Disc tray sticks

When I put the disc in it wouldn't close unless pushed. Traded it for another and same issue. Good video

Posted .Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Your feedback helps us do better. We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you experienced. If you are having issues with playing discs, opening the disc tray, please unplug all cables and USB devices from the player, then disconnect it from the power source for about 30 seconds and reconnect it. Please also reset the settings to the factory settings. Turn on the unit and press and hold open close tray button on the main unit and the [0] on the remote control at the same time for more than 5 seconds. The power LED will start flashing and “00 RET” is displayed on the unit’s display. Then press the arrow right button repeatedly on the remote control until “08 FIN” is displayed on the unit’s display. Following that press and hold the OK button on the remote control for more than 5 seconds. Please also make sure that the player is running on the latest firmware available for this model. - S
No Dolby Atmos

Unfortunately, it is not. Returned it and purchase the UB820. BestBuy please update your description. Otherwise, i assume this is a xapable 4K player from Panasonic.

3D dvd player

Budget Level Bluray

Not everything is available to stream and Bluray video quality still edges out 4k streaming. However the buttons on the player are not responsive and mushy. The remote does a better job of translating commands, but also is incredibly cheap feeling. The buttons on the player keep me from out right recommending it,.

Defective - terrible return policy

Now that it’s been 16 days Best Buy won’t do anything about it because I didn’t pay $150 a year for their membership. So now I’m stuck with a player that won’t read discs
