No Dolby Atmos

Unfortunately, it is not. Returned it and purchase the UB820. BestBuy please update your description. Otherwise, i assume this is a xapable 4K player from Panasonic.

Budget Level Bluray

Not everything is available to stream and Bluray video quality still edges out 4k streaming. However the buttons on the player are not responsive and mushy. The remote does a better job of translating commands, but also is incredibly cheap feeling. The buttons on the player keep me from out right recommending it,.

Disc tray sticks

When I put the disc in it wouldn't close unless pushed. Traded it for another and same issue. Good video

If you are having issues with playing discs, opening the disc tray, please unplug all cables and USB devices from the player, then disconnect it from the power source for about 30 seconds and reconnect it. Please also reset the settings to the factory settings. Turn on the unit and press and hold open close tray button on the main unit and the [0] on the remote control at the same time for more than 5 seconds. The power LED will start flashing and “00 RET” is displayed on the unit’s display. Then press the arrow right button repeatedly on the remote control until “08 FIN” is displayed on the unit’s display. Following that press and hold the OK button on the remote control for more than 5 seconds. Please also make sure that the player is running on the latest firmware available for this model. - S

3D dvd player

Now that it’s been 16 days Best Buy won’t do anything about it because I didn’t pay $150 a year for their membership. So now I’m stuck with a player that won’t read discs

In order to resolve the issue with the Blu-ray player, we kindly recommend the following steps: 1. Examine the Blu-ray disc for any smudges, scratches, or other damage that may be affecting playback. Carefully clean the disc and attempt playback once more. 2. Verify if the Blu-ray player has any available firmware updates. Updates may address bugs or compatibility issues that could be contributing to playback problems. 3. Attempt playback of the disc on a different player, if one is accessible. 4. Confirm that the Blu-ray disc is compatible with the region code of the player, as attempting to play a disc with an incompatible region code can result in playback issues. 5. If the Blu-ray player is unresponsive to any commands, detach all cables and USB devices from the player, as well as disconnect the power. Allow approximately 30 seconds to elapse before reconnecting. We trust these measures will address the concerns effectively. -C
Weird sound
