I purchased the Panasonic DVD/Blu-Ray player primarily for it's capability to play flash drives. It does a wonderful job of playing them and also a wonderful job of playing DVDs and Blu-Ray disks.

Worst player ever!

It always upon powering on (after replugging in) will revert to the first episode on a disk with multiple episodes. Chapter selection is non-existent. We are seasoned users of electronics. This is device failure, not user failure. I wish we tried earlier to watch DVDs so that we could return this piece of trash. Instead, it will be sent to electronics recycling.

ABSOLUTELY NO DOLBY ATMOS, BEST BUY IS LYING

I went to the store and no help, called the number, and nothing. I made an FTC complaint and a BBB complaint. False advertisement and Best Buy needs to make it right!!! They have taken advantage of everyone who bought this and by the time I'm done, you are going to pay every single person back for lying to them.
