DID NOT RECEIVE NOR APPRECIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PANASONIC. GEEK SQUAD, EXCELLENT.

Was looking for a 50'' TV to replace the older Samsung I had in the TV room and didn't want to spend in the 000's, but wanted to be a LED HD Smart TV. This one has it all, all Apps available out there are included, easy set-up, friendly menus to navigate functions, high picture resolution, ultra thing and ultra light, all for about 35 to 50% less than other TVs price that I found. I would recommend to buy this TV eyes closed.

The picture wasn't as clear as I thought it was going to be.

This was our first HD TV. It is so sharp, that it has taken us some getting used to. The picture is great, and the features (linking to the web, connection to netflix, etc.) are really nice. Big, but still pretty light, and not too imposing.

I'm normally a huge fan of panasonic tvs (this is my 3rd one). Everything is great about this tv, except that it displays an ad banner on the volume bar when you adjust the volume every once in awhile. This really irked me, and I heavily considered returning the tv until I searched online for a way to disable it, and I did: http://www.cnet.com/how-to/turn-off-banner-ads-on-your-2013-panasonic-tv/ thus, panasonic lost a star on this nonsense. secondly, the tv has just 4 inputs: antenna, 2 HDMI, 1 component - normally I like to connect my iPod to it (which is routed through my home theatre system), but since there is not a standard "video" input, I had to use a RGB component connection, thus losing that ability to get the full remote access and surround sound via my HTS. back to the positives, once I connected the tv to my wifi, it was able to find my home network, and thus be able to display photos/music/videos (from a select folder of course) without any additional input from me. the remote is easy to use, the tv settings are easy to navigate, and this tv has a lot of great features to explore. so, aside from these two issues, I would recommend this tv to others - especially at $700.

Great price, easy set up. Picture is sharp and clear. Remote has good sized buttons and functions are easy to find and use.

The TV has sharp image and good color and contrast but the apps are not great on panasonic

Have been researching TVs for a while now to replace our old 720p LG we bought 6 years ago. Saw this was on sale for $599.99 and jumped on it. Picture is superb with a beautiful refresh rate that makes things look so smooth and not jumpy. I've never had a Panasonic TV before but so far I am definitely impressed. Easy to set up, very sturdy on its stand. 1080p really shines on this TV. Highly recommend.

This is my first experience with a smart TV, and I must say that I am not impressed. The Viera browser is difficult to use with the remote. I wanted to stream from Tube Plus or Stream TV, but there is not enough memory. I still find it necessary to use Chromecast and stream from my laptop. Other browsers can not be installed.
On the plus side I am very happy with the picture. Colors are true and vivid. Blacks are deep, and I haven't noticed any blur with fast action shots. The dedicated Netflix button is a nice touch. The sound is slightly better than average. For the price, it is a good TV value (for those not looking for strong smart TV features).

At first, I was really skeptical about the TV when I picked it up, because the box that it came in just looked like it wouldn't be what I hoped, and worried it was too small. But after setting everything up, which was super easy, I fell in love. The sound quality is amazing, the volume range is perfect, and the bass and treble levels are very even and balanced as well. The picture quality is phenomenal and I still can't believe how well the quality is for the price that I bought it at. The SmartTV function is great and works like a charm, at first Amazon wasn't available for download but that has now been fixed. The only negative thing I would say, is that there are sponsored ads at the bottom of the home screen, and when you change the volume levels as well. I found out that this can be easily turned off, under settings, and then turn off the banners... So no issues with that now! If you are looking for a great TV that is in this price range, then I would highly suggest you give this TV a try.

Awesome!!! We use it in our garage for Xbox & Is light & easy to use. The only drawback is no headphone jack that we have found.

I was recently looking to upgrade from my 40" Vizio 1080p LCD, and after scouring the Internet all night I came to the conclusion that Best Buy has the best prices, so seeing as how I am inpatient and live close to their storefront, i went in and talked to the head Home Theatre guy and he pointed me towards this Smart TV.... After hearing features and seeing its picture quality on the wall, I went to buy it and ended up having to order it from another store since THEY HAD SOLD OUT OF ALL THEIR BOXED MODELS!!!! Hearing that right there confirmed that I was making the right choice, and when it arrived IT WAS EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR AND THEN SOME!!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TV TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT SMART TV in this "screen class".

We've now had this set for approx 5 months. What you think of it is probably based on what you had prior. Compared to our 32 inch Sony ( which lasted exactly 10 years and was an old HD CRT model ), this is viewing heaven. 2 very minor complaints are about the sound (which is common to ALL such sets and can easily be fixed by an additional sound bar) and the built in web browser. While the browser does "work", it's definitely not worth my time to try and use it. But having said this - I didn't buy this set for either a stereo system or a computer. I bought it as a television. And as a TV goes, I doubt that it can be beaten at this price. Easy to set up with a great remote. Viewing angle could be better, but my revolving stand more than makes up for it. This is a marvelous unit.

I ordered this TV by phone through Best Buy Customer Service and they were very helpful. When I received the TV, it was well packed and the box was doubled, and well secured. I appreciated it so much, since I am planning to ship it overseas. Hopefully on my next buy at Best Buy they'll do it again. With regards to the unit, it is fantastic in both world. No complaints!

Our first new TV in fifteen years so a big jump from our old rear projection TV. This model is a nice size, picture quality is great and was very simple to set up. Love it! It is limited in the number of connections so I needed to get a composite switch box to connect all my aging equipment. But I think that's is the case with most of the new flat screens.

I bought the 60 in model of this TV about 8 month ago, I got it for 775 from Bestbuy which was an incredible deal. This TV is better than my 1300 samsung TV, it has all the features I need and the picture quality is great. Too bad they no longer carry the 60 inch ones, I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new TV, and you will not regret it.

BestBuy offered us this one after we discovered the Samsung we bought had a crack in the screen. These things happen, and they solved our issue to our satisfaction on the spot. We set up this tv pretty quick. We've been watching football all weekend and we are really happy with the picture quality. The smart features are great, too. We got it on sale for $499. There are so many sales. Wait for the right price.

My wife and I bought this on sale in the store. Honestly we wanted a Samsung, but they were sold out in both stores. This ended up being a better buy. We got a bigger tv with great picture for the same as the smaller Samsung!

Nice picture quality, thin low profile and SMART. The TV speaker is not the best, it has delayed speech. Seams like dialogues has been dubbed with the sound processing of the TV. Anyway, connected a sound bar via optical and it has NO more delay on speech.
