I bought this TV after owning 2 other Panasonic Plasma TVS. When I got it home and set it up I discovered the glare in the picture was really bad. My other Panasonic Plasma TVs didn't have that issue at all. I packed it back up and took it back to the store. While shopping for a replacement, I couldn't believe the amount of glare and Lights I could see in the background of the TV. Couldn't find a Panasonic without this problem so decided to spend $300 more and get a Samsung. Great TV.. Was very disappointed because have always been a Panasonic Fan.

I've owned one of these HDTV's for 3 years, and liked mine so much that I bought one for my son and his wife as a wedding gift. I did a lot of research on plasma and LED TV's before I bought mine and believe me, this is the highest quality HDTV for the price on the market.

I enjoyed this TV as it works perfectly in my family room. I have this paired with the Pioneer VSX-60 and a nice set of Definitive Surround sound speakers. Between that and the connection options it is a wonderful option to complete your entertainment center.

Very happy with my purchase. We use it for our rental property down the shore so we needed it to have the connections for the games and a screen that reduces glare from the sun

TV was as expected for the price. The unit went dead after 5 weeks. The initial repair was completed twice over 5 weeks and when they finally brought the unit back it still didn't work. They came back a week later and took the TV back again. It took 4 more weeks and a ton of persistence dealing with Panasonic to finally get a Factory Rep to call. After the threat of taking the case to small claims court, they decided to refund me the original price. They told me to wait up to 3 to 5 weeks more for the refund. I would have been O.K. with a 2 to 3 week repair, but only getting to use the TV for 5 weeks and then Panasonic having the TV for 9 weeks and telling me they were sorry and would escalate the case to corporate and i would be contacted in 2 business days and me waiting 7 days before calling back and going thru the identical process and having Panasonic still not call me themselves but have the local repair company who was caught in the middle call me back to see what they could do was just plain Silly. Panasonic Service, you stink and I can't recommend this shotty unit to anyone because it was faulty and the repair was never completed and the service was awful. I replaced this unit with an identical size 1080 LED from Toshiba for $150 less. Do want you want, but consider my review. I hope this helps you with your purchase decision. Good Luck.

So far nice tv. One thing I've noticed is that it goes from lighter to darker and vice versa. Not sure if it's a feature or a problem?

I bought this TV on December 22, 2012 from a local Bestbuy store. The sales rep talked me into buying this plasma, but I was skeptical because I knew plasmas had problems with burn-ins. Long and behold I bought the TV hooked it up and began playing my PS3. The picture was great, and clear, and I cannot take that away, but sadly 2 months later after playing Bioshock 2, the health bar on Bioshock burned in to the screen. I tried the Anti-Imaging scroll bars, but the health bar would not go away. I contacted the Geek Squad since I paid for the 4 years service and was told that my service only covered one burn-in. That means if I continue to play video games I am sure to have another burn-in anytime, and the Geek Squad would not service that one. That could be costly and terrible. Luckly I was a Silver Reward zone member and I had 60 not 30 days to take the TV back. Well today is Feb 22, 2013 and I just returned the TV. Good TV if your not playing video games with images that sit still;which are mostly all video games. Beware!

The lines on a baseball field or a football field danced. It was horrible to watch. For either sport the picture was not as sharp as when wathcing a movie. Sadly disappointed

Seriously, if you’re thinking about purchasing this TV, or any Panasonic, Google “Panasonic 7 blinking lights of death”. This will tell you everything you need to know about Panasonic TVs. Initially, they are great TVs. Well priced, great picture, but they are known throughout the industry to have a limited shelf life. I owned my Panasonic TV for less than 3 years when I got my “7 blinking lights of death”. After taking it into a service center they said the TV was dead and I should buy a new one. They told me they get Panasonics in all the time for the same reason. I called Panasonic about this and all they said was “sorry to hear that, we’ll offer you 10% off a limited selection of TVs on our website”. DO NOT BUY PANASONIC.

We bought this TV last March (2011), the tv was manufactured the same month... this March (2012) we are watching the television one night and we hear a "pop" sound, the screen went black, the next morning, I called Best Buy and low & behold our warranty went out 5, yes 5 days before... super bummer... I called Panasonic, they were truly sorry for our trouble, uh huh, I bet they were... we have never purchased a PANASONIC in the past and needless to say, we will NEVER purchase a PANASONIC again... IF THE PRICE SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, GUESS WHAT... IT IS... UNFORTUNATELY WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY...
