Inky blacks and a fast processor sold me on this TV. It's proving to be a great buy. I like it because sports look amazing on it. The kids like it because the Xbox looks amazing! Super fast, no controller lag. No review for the sound because we're running it through an amp.

I love this TV. The picture is so much better than the new LED technology. Rich blacks, vibrant colors, and properly calibrated refresh rates right out of the box. It's about 1/2 of the price of other "new tech" sets, but the picture blows the new stuff out of the water.

We shopped around for a few months, originally planning for LED since they look so bright, but everybody recommended plasma because of the Hz. The brightness is never an issue and we're so impressed with how clear everything is, especially while playing Blu-Rays.

I bought this tv as a bedroom tv after having a great experience with the Panasonic TC-P65VT30. The 50 inch comes with a great picture and ample inputs. Ater using $175 in reward certificates, the deal it was even better! Panasonic has their plama sets dialed in.

This is a great T.V. for the price that I paid and the staff at Best Buy were more knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry that were all in stock and ready for purchase.I have added a Paasonic blueray player to it and what an amazing picture!

I had to get a new sound bar with an optical plug. RCA plugs would have been nice. The picture quality is great and the price was a great buy when it was on sale. It does not have a lot of extras, but if you just want a great TV to watch, this is for you.

Purchased this TV about a month ago. Always wanted plasma. While the picture is very good I don't think it's that much better than my LCD. But picture is very good and no blur watching football. It was easy to set up. Sound is just ok but I have set up through my surround sound. Could use 1 more HDMI input.

Best picture, make sure when you compare with other types, LCD, LED, that the picture is not set to standard, or display mode, these setting are much darker than the normal settings, get the remote and check the other settings, than compare.

I have two Panasonic 50 " Plasmas and they are excellent for picture quality. Sound is OK, and a sound bar addition would be a good add-on. No matter where you sit at any angle, the picture is super clear and not blurred like the LCD.

Got this TV because I didn't need 3D, didn't need internet on it. I just wanted a big tv with an awesome picture for a reasonable price. I paired it with an LG soundbar/sub, and it's a great setup for movies and games with the family.

Blueray looks great with this TV. Color is great. Hellofa lot better than my 720p tv but normal tv picture could be better. I think this tv has a low refresh rate and doesn't look that good during say a soccer game. Great tv for the price. Do it! Do it! Only 2 hdmi connectors, that sucks.

This was a great purchase. The price coupled with the picture quality make this a steal. the design is a little boring but we use this as our second TV in the bed room and it is perfect. No internet, no apps just a great picture...

I bought this tv to upgrade from my 37" LCD that was just too small for a living room. The associate at best buy personally recommended plasma & also told me Panasonic has the best plasma technology. So far I'm very happy with it.

This TV is all it is advertised to be. Picture quality is terrific for sports watching and any other programming that is in an outdoor setting. That makes for more enjoyment and really great on the sensitivity to the eyes.

I think it was an excellent buy. Great picture. However, it was my 2nd one as the first one had a small pencil line width red line down one end(after about 2nd week). I returned it with no hassle but it was kind of odd.

I am very satisfied with the TV especially the picture quality. I would advise you to get a Sound Bar or Home Theater System as the sound is average at best. We also bought a TV stand that allows us to tilt the TV down to avoid reflection from the windows in the room.

I researched Consumer Reports magazine and other sources for comparison. I decided on this TV and have been extremely happy with it. It is just what I needed; without unnecessary extras. Great picture and sound.

This is my second Panasonic plasma TV. My first one was for my house and this one was a gift for my parents. It was easy to set up and they love the quality of the picture. Football games are so much better now!

Our first HD flat screen. Thoroughly enjoying viewing experience! Has transformed our home entertainment into a whole new level of enjoyment! The TV is very high quality both picture quality and sound fidelity!

Got a good deal on this TV. It was on sale at the time and beat the price of on line deals by quite a bit. The picture quality is excellent. Some problem with reflections but we had that with our old TV also.
