Received a defective product, charger ligths doesn't turn on, it doesn't charge the batteries, I bought this charger about 20 days ago and now I can't return it not even exchange it or get store credit

Easy to use charger, lets you know when batteries are charged. Like the ability to pull socket prong out or fold back in charger. Batteries last a long time and charge quickly. Great Product!!
