Please make sure to place the cradle on a stable hard surface, and place the handset in the cradle only after. If you are using a VoIP service, the phone may require a DSL/ADSL filter to be installed on the line by your telephone service provider. We encourage you to check directly with the telephone service provider, as they will be able to inform you properly on the matter. - S

It has cut down ironically my daily ironically thanks to being able to block calls. I would purchase this phone again.

Had for over 10 years, but batteries weren’t holding a charge. Only thing I miss is a light indicating I have a message

No answering machine!
