The phones were easy to install but the instruction booklet was very unclear as to setting up number of rings and establishing a message. Unfortunately I went to the Geek Squad but they told me they don't do phones.

When lightening damaged our 2 Panasonic cordless phones we went to Best Buy. We bought the VTech brand. We had had that brand b4. After using it a couple of days we brought it back. The base was wobbly and adding info to the phone book made you feel like you were a contestant on Beat the Clock. Best Buy exchanged it 'no questions asked' for this Panasonic model. It works great!

Purchased these phones to replace a pair we'd had for most of the last fifteen years. They've worked great, performed as expected and about the only thing I'd say is that the batteries that come with them don't tend to hold a charge very long. We make most of our calls these days on our cell phones so at times they sit for a week or two without any use. But then, soon as you need one it's dead. So we try to keep them in the chargers. Plan to replace the batteries and hoping that will solve that problem. Otherwise if you're looking for a set of cordless phones these definitely do the trick.

This is the best cordless phone. The phone does not uses proprietary battery that has to be replaced every 2 years. Additionally, standard household rechargeable batteries can be used instead.

It was easy to set up. The sound quality is good. There is some overlap between cable telephone service and what the phone is set up to do. But, that does not cause any problem in operation.

I bought the cheaper phones and was pleased with the product. Has all the features I needed and works great. Voice is clear and sounds good when talking on this phone.

Finally updated our old Panasonic phones to these. They work like a charm. We need phones in the major rooms of our house and these work exceptionally well. Expanding from the base is quite simple.

This phone works very well. No problems so far with either one. The only issue is the main stand does not mount to a wall connector. It must sit on a table.

I would highly recommened this item . I'm a repeat buyer of these items.

These phones have been great to provide us with an intercom system for the home. We are often in separate rooms and this system helps us not have to yell back and forth to each other.

Panasonic always makes good phone. Butt for some reason this onw the volume is low. But I guess its ok after playing around with it. Good for the price.

Phones (2) were both easy to install and set up. They work great but are limited to inside the house only. Have enjoyed them and would buy again!

Integrates perfectly with land-line PBX-type phone in my home. All land-line features available on my wired phone seem to work well on my wireless handsets.

Like the rest of Panasonic phones we own, these work well and are solid. The do not link with other like phones though.

Perfect set, especially if a built in answering machine is not needed. Easy to set up and good range and battery. We have it in a business where all the walls are concrete and we have no issues.

Proven brand. What you would expect if you have bought Panasonic phones in the past. The key to keeping these phones a long time is simple. Make sure you have the 1.2V NiMH AAA rechargeable batteries. They can be bought online. The phones will not hold a charge for long with alkaline AAA batteries.
