I tried to return them but

I tried to return them but BBCC at the store location I bought them refused my return because I bought open box. If they had a proper description at the store when purchased I wouldn't have bought them, but they work ok with new batteries

Terrible phone system

When you put it on speaker phone you can barely hear anything. I would have returned them but I did not plug them in and try them when I first bought them. When I realized how crappy they were it was passed the return date. Wasted a lot of money. I have since bought a AT&T phone system and put these back in the box and they are sitting on a shelf.

Good phone but wrong back round light
