Meets My Needs Good Quality

The one thing missing for me is an indicator light confirming the base unit is plugged in. Clear when talking and no background noise.

bought to replace old phone, but it was the lines.

We had thought our old phone wasn't working, but it turned out to be the phone lines. Waiting to see if lines clear up. Seemed to be well made, but couldn't figure out about the message system or caller ID which had been on info about phones on website.

This telephone system does not have an answering machine, however it is compatible with voicemail from your service provider. Both voicemail and Caller ID are services provided by your phone company and you will need to check with them in order to activate it. -M

Nice phone, not great instructions
