I chose this phone, primarily for the style and it was a single phone. I only wanted one phone. The phone was for an older person, and the buttons on the phone were too hard to punch. Too much effort. Phone lack fluency.

This phone fits the bill, and it works extremely well. I use the speakerphone function all the time and it is loud enough to hear everything said.
