this phone works great...very convenient...good quality sound

Talking caller id is great. Screening call becomes breeze. I don't have to run to phone every time phone rings to see who is calling. Another great feature is I can check messages from either handset.

Panasonic cordless phone set was first easy to set up right out of the box, so not a lot of reading through manual lit, and second has clear sound and good range for carrying around workplace locations. Good quality.

Read good things about Panasonic phones in general so I bought this phone on a whim to replace an old AT&T phone. My mom is hard of hearing so having an extra handset is convenient. One handset in the living room and the other in the kitchen. So far the ringers are loud enough for her to hear the phone ring unlike the old AT&T. The voice quality is pretty clear. Even on the highest volume, my mom so far has had no trouble hearing the other person on the other end of the line unlike the old AT&T. The only feature that I dislike is the caller ID announcement. It can be annoying and there is no way to turn it off.
