I replaced an old phone system because of the sound quality. I was pleasantly surprised that the sound quality is loud and clear. It seems like a good price and great quality.

You used to get superb call quality with the 5ghz band, not so much these days. I would guess the degradation in call quality due to the new 5ghz wifi bands. Stick with cell phones if possible.

I had Panasonic phones all my life, the quality looks the same, hope their lifetime be tha same as past models. Just the time will judge it!

Was a gift for my mom. She loves them and says they get good reception. There are a few things she hasn't figured out. Has a lot of options.

Phone looks good and has Good voice quality. Had to reenter all of my phone numbers from another Panasonic phone. Should be a way to transfer.

This is the 2nd Panasonic phone system we have purchased from Best Buy. We like the product and it serves its purpose. This time it has voice caller ID which is really nice.

This is the first cordless phone and answering machine I have ever owned and so far I am well pleased. I still need to learn all the things it can do, but I am liking it.

they are simple to set up, but pricey. Just standard phones, nothing special but worked as soon as plugged in and very inuitive to set up using the menu.

Phone is smaller, lighter than my previous one which I like. Plus it makes it easy to block calls.

These are nice phones. The speaker has a good pitch so the person you're talking to doesn't sound like they're talking through a tin can. Good range throughout our home.

Had to buy this quickly as the old one died so making a quick choice was not easy. We feel we got the best one for the job. Easy set up not expensive and simple to use.

This is an good phone that I purchased as a gift with added functions to what was used before. good price for a well functioning phone.

I LOVE THIS PHONE. THE QUALITY IS GREAT. AND I LOVE THE FACT THAT I CAN HAVE MY PHONE TURNED OFF AUTOMATICALLY AND ON AGAIN AT THE SETTING THAT WORK FOR MY SCHEDULE.

Easy phone with clear instructions. the only thing I don't like is,that when you want to delete a #that just called me,it is not that easy. Of course you don't HAVE to do that,.

I recently purchased the Samsung Tab S. Love it. Easy to navigate, even for a senior. Also great being able to attend classes held in store, at my convenience. Thanks Best Buy.

I bought this phone set as a replacement for my old phones. I relly like the blacbecause it doesent showscuffs or grime. The phones are easy to hold and use.

I wanted a corded phone and one cordless handset for my living room which has no phone jack. Fits my needs and price was decent.

Great smal home phone at a great reasonable price. Great for a small home or apartment. If you need more than two. They are different options of 6 or 8 phones.

The phone has a lot of nifty features. You can listen to your messages from the handset. You can delete messages from the handset. You can block numbers. The signal quality is good throughout my 1000 square foot home. But the speakerphone quality from the handset is average at best. My previous phone was an ATT which also had a speakerphone in the handset. It was much more clear than this Panasonic phone. There's another feature which is both good and bad--while the phone is ringing, there's a computerized voice that says out loud what the number is, or if the number is stored in your phone, it'll say who the caller is. BUT.....it's such a low quality voice, it's laughable. I thought such horrible automated computer voices were extinct in 2016, but no, they exist in Panasonic cordless phones. So while I can make out what the female robotic voice is saying, it's so bad I actually laugh out loud. I don't expect much out of a cordless phone. I am glad I bought this phone because it was cheap and has nice features. I work in a nursing home and my 95 year old patient has this exact same phone. So it's not a "cool" phone, even though my patient is kinda cool :)

Phones work great. Able to have the extension fairly far away from the base. Several different ring tones. Love that it announces the name of the known caller.
