There were many choice of landline phones and this was the best option for me for quality and price

I bought this for my parents to replace their incredibly aging handsets. Setup was really easy; my parents, who tend to have trouble with tech, did all of it on their own. The handsets are lightweight, which is great if you're going to be carrying one with you as you walk around the house or the yard. The range seems to cover the entirety of my parents' two-story house and yards without dropping quality or connection. After a few months so far, no problems. The only thing I don't like is that the phones pick up a lot of background noise compared to my parents' old handsets. I don't know if there are any filtering settings with these phones, but it gets a little annoying when talking to someone using these handsets when he/she is a moderately noisy environment.

Having trouble with answering machine it will pick up sometimes but if call from cell phone it will not only rings.

I was very disappointed and returned it. I could hear myself clearer than the person on the line.

Phone doesn't swallow you to erase only one message at a time, you have to erase all or none

I appreciate the voice which announces the calling party.

you might as well not have attempted to translate into English. in Chinese,which i do not read would be clearer.My 59 year old daughter has spent her entire life in computers, after 39 minutes walked away, needless to say we brought the product back.

Phone isn't very friendly to use, especially for kids. Not very clear either.

Threw away the box and all the extra parts so could not return

I bought this phone because of the great reviews. on February 18. Exactly one month later to the day, March 18, the phone stopped working. All I am getting is a continuous tone. No calls coming in or going out. Very disappointed. The phone has some great features. Shaking my head.

These phones are not good...they are currently not working. No calls can get thru and when I make a call I can't hear thru all the static. Repeatedly, Error message says Check tel lines .which hasn't helped remedy the reception at all. Do not buy this phone.

I'm partial to Panasonic telephones for several reasons. #1, it uses AAA rechargeable batteries. #2, Panasonic phones are the only ones who have call block. I love call block. If you get repeated unwanted calls, you can block them. It has Dect 6 Plus that makes calls mostly interference free. This phone has very good range and I can go anywhere in decent distance inside and outside my home. It has all the features I need or will use and got it on sale here at BB. This is a very good phone with decent sound quality.

There is nothing good to say about this phone. It is by far the worst Panasonic phone I've ever bought. It was returned soon after purchase. I don't know why Best Buy even bothers to sell it.

Once you have listened to a message it doesn't show that the message is still there, etc. Had other phones that were much more user friendly.

This phone died two and a half months after I purchased it. Too late to return it, so now I have a paper weight. Very disappointing.

I have found it difficult to set up a answering system. to listen to messages, play back messages, etc. I wish I could return the phone.

Poor quality. .if i had the rect i would return it.worst item we have ever bought? I already bought another from online.

These phones sound tinny, flash lights and show that there are messages when there are none. I wouldn't recommend them.
