Phone works great for hearing impaired
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone was purchased for two reasons; 1) So that my Mother in Law could hear well, as her previous phone did not provide enough volume for her to hear her calls clearly (she is 96 years old) 2) So she could have Direct Dial capability to make calls easier without having to dial all of the area codes and numbers. This phone covered both bases perfectly!

When speaking with tech support, it's really nice to be able to place phone in charger AND be able to use both hands. Of course phone can be placed on any surface, in speaker mode, but this certainly depletes battery, which is obviated by being usable in charge stand.

You don't have to run across the room to see who is calling the phone calls out the number or name of person calling, if you add it to your phone address book.

Great landline phone

She loves it because she can easily see the buttons and she can hear on it as well. The answering machine is simple to operate which she also likes.
