Good Phone

Build quality is excellent and has good ergonomics. We don't use this very much as we all have cell phones, but it's a good backup for the house. I knocked it down one star because it is very difficult to understand the voice that tells you where the call is from when the phone rings. It's nearly impossible to understand.

Good phones - just get the extra warranty

They quit working (you couldn't hear her speak on the other end) and we had to throw them away. We tried a Motorola phone set, but they turned out to be too complicated for her so we ended up back with Panasonic but this time bought Geek Squad protection so that if these give out we can simply return them for new ones.
