    Once you can figure out how the set-up works, the phone is okay, but it is initially confusing--and the manual might as well have been written in Sanskrit.

    The sound quality on this phone is terrible. It "cuts out" at various times so that is hard to hear what the person on the other line is saying. I am going to give it a little longer, but if that keeps happening, I will have to return it.
