This phone system was purchased to replace existing phones which were not holding charge. The sound quality is excellent for the price, and basic functions are easy to use. That being said, some of the more advance functions can be confusing at first.

I bought these as a gift for my mother in law because my wife was complaining about the call quality when talking to her mother. She now states how clear the calls are. The phones were easy to set up and hopefully the phones will last a long time.

Just wanted to pick up some new affordable land lines and these definitely did the trick! Super easy to set up.

The old phones were causing to many problems so we went to look for new ones. These phones caught out attention, it was a good price and quality. It was very easy to set up, it took me less than 10 minutes. So far so good hopefully it will last.

I am having trouble getting a good signal from Comcast so phone does not work the best. Working with Comcast to solve the problem. Otherwise it has great features and like the extra phone. I like the talking announcement about who is calling.

As a senior, I appreciate the large numbers on the raised buttons. Easy one handed use. Clear display is great. Only one downside is the dial speed seems slower than my previous phone.

I chose this phone as I had been pleased with Panasonic phones in the past and I was not disappointed. The sound is clear, the dummies work everywhere in the house and it's user friendly. I am very happy with my purchase.

This set is just what I was looking for. The sound quality is much better than my prior phone set. This set has the caller ID announcement I was looking for also. The feel and weight of the hand set is very nice too. I like this set very much and glad I made the purchase.

I replaced my Panasonic phones (15+ years) with a newer version Panasonic. Price & Quality were fantastic. Almost half the size of original phones with all of the bells & whistles. Really enjoy the sound quality and reception. Best Buy Associate helped with the decision.

This product is user friendly; instructions are easy to follow. The number pad is large for easy selection. The viewing window shows letter/numbers large enough; no squinting and the area is lighted. The multi-functions are icing on the cake, paging, conferencing, address book, redial, speaker phone, and much, much more. Panasonic is the leader in this industry!

I bought the phone as a replacement for my old ones and I love that they announce the name of who is calling so I don't have to look or walk towards the phone to see whose calling. The call quality sometimes has static and goes in and out but I don't know if it's from the phone itself or phone company.

Love all the features for this phone, especially the talking caller id.

Phones are very easy to set up and program and have all the options we were looking for and more.
