The phone, and the system, work fine. I bought the phone for my wife to use while she works from home, and what appeared to be ports to plug a headset in turned out to be a volume control, and there is no port to plug a headset into. Other than that, the phone works fine, and would have given 5 stars if there were a port.

Second time around with this make and model we like it that much. Original still works well, but time to upgrade. Very easy to use, comfortable to handle and additional features eliminate aggravation and well worth the price.

We loved the easy set up. The display is nice. The only thing I would have like is if it beeped when you had a message. I don't always look at the phone. Other than that I love the phone.

This phone set is incredible for the price. The sound quality is great and it has fantastic range. The only draw back is that the bases for the phones are incredibly light and have a tendency to tip easily.

Great set of phones. Love the feature that announces who is calling. Very easy to use all the features...voice mail retrieval, missed calls and phone book. Also great volume control. All this at a reasonable price.

Good phone set that I got on sale for a good price. Like the features... talking caller id for one comes in handy if not near phone. Blocking repeat annoying calls is quick and easy to do. Large display makes it easy to see.

At first, I wasn't quite sure that Best Buy would still carry landline phones. Then, when I saw your large selection, I was so very pleased. Phones have come a long way and the salesperson helped me find the perfect phone. It is reliable, easy to use, and was so much less expensive than I thought. In fact, Best Buy's price was incredible... Comparable to any online retailer. And with Best Buy, unlike an online retailer, I was able to pick it up and feel how it felt to actually hold it and work it because of your display units. I would certainly buy this phone again, however, I probably won't be needing another for a while! Thank you so much!
